Hello Montana! Here is the fourth edition of the Mon-Key, your Key Club district informative publication. I hope you all have a great winter season and stay comfy and cozy. Equals two steps closer to winning the Centennial Challenge

The Florence Key Club put on their annual Mr. Falcon Pageant, which hosted a huge competition where senior and junior boys battled for the title of Mr. Falcon. When the dust settled, Junior Mattix Chase rose to victory with his lip syncing and magic tricks, and won the big prize. Key Clubbers contributed with set-up, Frenchtown, Missoula Sentinel, Missoula Hellgate, Missoula Big Sky, Loyola-Sacred Heart, Florence, & Stevensville take-down, and worked during the show. Each member received around 6 hours of service. The club raised $350 for the Wattson's Children Center. The Florence Key Club moves their sights toward a busy holiday season, including delivering presents for teachers, a raffle for a signed Griz football and basketball, and their Winter Ball dance.

Butte High, Butte Central, Anaconda, & Dillon

This month the Anaconda Key Club is working on making a giant care package to send a student with cancer who is currently receiving treatment. Each member plans on writing her a special message filled with Copperhead pride.

Billings Senior Billings Skyview, Billings rd

After about 6-7 hours of making preparations for their school dance, 23 members of the Billings Skyview Key Club threw an extravagant Twerp on November 22nd. They also made wreaths for their local assisted living homes.

Miles City, Glendive

Several members from the DCHS Key Club helped out at a Breast Cancer Awareness Benefit. Members served many types of soup to community members who participated at the benefit. Five Key Clubbers helped in total.

This month the Sidney Key Club is doing a winter wellness drive. They have boxes put up in their main hallway and in their library so that people can drop off coats, hats, gloves, and non-perishable food. Their goal is to acquire 300 items in total. They are currently at 46. At the end of December Sidney will donate the clothes to the Boys and Girls Club or Salvation Army and the food will go to the food bank.

Bozeman, Gallatin, Belgrade, Lewistown, Harlowto

In Bozeman the Bozeman High School Key Club made reindeer hot chocolate bags for Family Promise and also donated 1200 pounds of food to their local f banks.

Havre, Malta, Glasgow, Shelby

Havre Key Club has already started their annual free will donation Christmas Wrap. There will be 2 more following Sundays for more wrapping.

Glasgow Key Club brought in everything needed for a turkey dinner for 3 families in need. The club paid for the turkeys and the butter.

on & Eureka

In November, the Polson Key Club’s main service project was to partner with Elk’s Club to prepare their Annual Thanksgiving Feast from the 25th through the 27th. They helped with preparation for over 1,300 free meals for pick-up or delivery, set up, move boxes, and cleaning up. Seven members volunteered, and they accumulated over 12 hours of service!

East Helena High, Helena High, Helena Capital, Great Falls High, & CMR High

Key Clubbers at CMR and Great Falls got together a made dog treats that they sold to raise money for th Maclean-Cameron Anima Center. CMR students also participated in a yea tradition of writing l to Veterans for Vete Day.
