Billings West students have been hard at work collecting books for the Kiwanis Festival of the Trees Book Tree, helping spread the love of reading throughout the community. They’ve also stepped up to support their own classmates by gathering food for the school’s food pantry.
Billings Skyview is making an impact! Students have been gathering books for the Kiwanis Festival of the Trees Book Tree, and even had the honor of sharing their efforts on the radio.

GALLATIN KEY CLUB
At their weekly meeting on November 20th, Gallatin High’s Key Club in conjunction with June Kusak’s officer project made care packages for the HRDC warming center! The project’s goal is to help community members in need who don’t have access to basic hygiene necessities. Each student helped bag the necessities including deodorant, toothbrushes, wipes, soap, and handwarmers.
BELGRADE KEY CLUB
Belgrade High School’s fourth annual Haunted House raised over $2,000. Funds went to the Gallatin Valley Food Bank and to Key Club and Builders Club charities. Key Club used its share for member dues and feminine hygiene products for school restrooms.

Malta had fundraised for UNICEF throughout the month of November, putting up jars in the Malta High School foyer for kids and adults to donate to while games and school events were happening. Glasgow had volunteered to purchase Thanksgiving food items for families who could not afford them. While each member devoted time and effort to signing up and selecting specific items to bring. This included all of the Glasgow Key Club members, as well as the help of their advisors, to take the food to the Valley Community Food Bank. These items were purchased at Glasgow's local grocery stores, Albertsons and Reynolds, to provide the items on the sign-up sheet.
