CROSS CAMPUS MOVE FOR Two years of planning and building came to an end during spring break of 1978. Head Librarian Jodi Gou wens, her staff, student employees, and volunteers from all other campus departments moved the old Library to its new location, just west of the MG Building. It took hours of human labor, and just a touch of fun was mixed in with the work. Assembly lines were formed for easy transmission of the loaded and empty boxes. ew friends were made, and an experience that may never again take place happened. It is not many that can say that they "moved a whole Library".

The Library constructed in 1938-39 for a student body or 350. It provided the resources, but space was sea rce.

Life is short-we should live each day to its fullest. Sometime there may nol be another day for another chance.

207

It was an excellent year-full of laughs but hindered by sorrows. We will never share another year all together. We wish those who have graduated the very best, and wish good luck to those of you who are continuing their education. It was a lot of hard work to put this book together, but we had a lot of fantastic help. Thank you, staff1 With this we conclude our book-June 12, I 978.
