OUR SOURCING Wild venison from the highlands and lowlands, forests and parks in Scotland Forestry Commission Scotland Certified international quality assured farms.

Accreditations and Quality Control We are BRC (British Retail Consortium), SQWV (Scottish Quality Wild Venison), FCS (Forestry Commission Scotland) and 100% Meat Hygiene Service Inspection accredited.

Highland Game operates under a HACCP system, identifying hazards and putting in place preventative measures.

Highland Game is EC approved and trades under EC export approval number UK 1178 EC.
