LIRR C3HVAC Project: Upgrade Installation of Fiber Optic Cable on Lexington Line 125th – 59th: Designing to building efficiency on installation of fiber optic cable and use this segment of the system as pilot and proof a new process to follow , in this quarter we work on Analyze all data and information. HQ EAM | Reliability Program NYCT Power Cable - Upgrade Installation of Fiber Optic Cable on Lexington Line 125th – 59th: Defining foundation with preventive maintenance strategy soon to follow, Finalizing define phase and collecting data from EMD to analyze it. HQ EAM | Reliability Program NYCT EMD Reliability Project: Collaborate with Services Diversion team to design and develop an App 'Customer Services Disruption' for Weekend Services as part of Reliability Program, the App is test stage during weekend services, in this quart er we collect data and analyze it. Tablet Based Inspection: Expanding to include NON-REV fleet and afterwards bus, wheelchairs, and A/C inspections. BUS EAM Spear System Transition: Technical Review complete, 21TECH will be the consultants assisting with configuration of Hexagon. Currently working on funding starting in 2024, projected to be a 8-year campaign, including Facilities, Support Fleet and Buses. BUS High Tension Towers: Development is currently being done on switching from a manual process to HxGN on Hight Tension Inspections. LIRR Fiber Panel Inventory Mgmt: Development is currently being done on switching from a manual process to HxGN on tracking and managing fiber distribution panels (FDP) assignments and connections. . LIRR C&S 39 OOS Notifications: Development is currently being done on switching from Maximo o HxGN on sending our notifications of Signals that are out of service. . LIRR Security Materials Management: Development is currently being done on replacing a manual process on tracking inventory in Security Storerooms. . LIRR HVAC Inspections: Semi-annual HVAC inspections are now conducted using a new HxGN solution, the first of its kind for HVAC assets, enabling Power Inspectors to efficiently locate equipment via barcode scanning and perform inspections on mobile devices. .LIRR MNR EAM System Implementation: Kicked off contract with Accenture. MNR Trouble Ticket Desk: First MNR trouble ticket desk now in Production starting with Signals. MNR Signals Maintenance: Automated IVR Signals Workforce logging in effect. Signals Switch Inspections pilot completed and transitioning to Production. MNR Track Maintenance: Daily track inspection development ongoing. New System Implementation contract kicked off to deliver all Track Maintenance in Hexagon by end of 2024. MNR Fleet Maintenance: Fleet business processes and M8 equipment list documented and validated. New System Implementation contract kicked off to deliver all Fleet Maintenance in Hexagon by end of 2024. MNR Maintenance Documentation: All documentation transitioning to Alfresco. Tie-in to Hexagon ongoing. MNR

GIS for Infrastructure Maintenance: All assets mapped and available on Esri with linear referencing. Interface to Hexagon via toolbar established for ArcGIS. Working on achieving this in ArcGIS Pro. Integration to Bentley Linear Analytics is being validated. MNR Asset Registration: Majority of assets registered for Track, PTC and Signals with Power, Communications and M8 fleet coming up. MNR Car Equipment: Deployed EAM for Rolling Stock maintenance at Pitkin Shops (Revenue & Non-Revenue Fleet), expanding EAM configuration and maintenance to the R211, R179 and legacy R46 fleets. SUBWAYS Elevators & Escalators: Deployed Nonconformities, Accomplishments, and Closing Codes project to 400 personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile. SUBWAYS EMD CES: Deployed All Shops Corrective Work Order project to 140 personnel in EAM Desktop and Mobile. SUBWAYS EMD Telecomm: Preparing for Remedy replacement project User Acceptance Testing with 20 personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile. SUBWAYS EMD AFC: Migrated AFC Subway Equipment and AFC Bus Record data to EAM Development environment. Initiating integration of DOB Spear to EAM Equipment Data. SUBWAYS Engineering: Deployed Boiler Room and Elevated Structure Overcoat Paint projects to 12 personnel in EAM Desktop. SUBWAYS Facilities: Deployed Fire Suppression project to 60+ personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile; Deployed HVAC-Operations project to 200+ personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile; Deployed Boiler House project move from Infrastructure to Facilities; Deployed Equipment Migration project from Infrastructure/SNF to Facilities. SUBWAYS Infrastructure: Deployed Vents, Open Cut/Retaining Wall and Deployable Vent Covers Inspections in EAM Desktop & Mobile. Power: Deployed Corrosion Control project to 11 personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile. SUBWAYS Signals: Deployed Trouble Expansion project to 700 personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile & implemented new SIRS & EAM interface. SUBWAYS SIR: Automatically released Storm Surge Mitigation Equipment Work Orders that were performed by SIR Infrastructure. SUBWAYS Station: Deployed Stations Signage and Specialized Cleaning (Phases 1-3) projects to 10 personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile. SUBWAYS Third Rail: Deployed Corrective Maintenance project to 33 personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile. SUBWAYS Track: Deployed Corrective Maintenance project to 290+ personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile; deployed Annual Zone Inspection project to ~20 Superintendents in EAM Desktop & Mobile; onboarded ~15 Track Engineering Inspectors who now log Ultrasonic, Geometry, and Thermal defects directly in EAM Desktop. MTA Knowledge Repository: Total number of process models in the repository increased from 396 at the beginning of the year to 516 to date. HQ EAM | Lean Six Sigma Business Process Management: There are 57 ongoing BPM projects across agencies including major ones; MNR Rolling Stock, Dos EAM Foundation, LIRR CAMS I Application Migration, MNR Process Model Inventory model optimization. HQ EAM | Lean Six Sigma Running Electric Motor Shop Coney Island Process Improvement Project: Scheduled upcoming EAM OCTOBERFEST Update on Project to provide during the event. Major Facility Improvements scheduled based on Current state analysis. HQ EAM | Lean Six Sigma EAM Lean Six Sigma Program: 18 projects currently active (5BB, 11GB, 2YB). NYCT-DoS (4), LIRR (3), MTA C&D (3), NYCT-DoB (3), NYCT (2), B&T (1), MTA HQ (1), MTA-IT (1) - 53 employees candidates in the program (1 MBB, 6 BB, 34 GB, 12 YB). HQ EAM | Lean Six Sigma HQ EAM | Reliability Program: Continue use in all agencies project the designed Reliability Program framework. HQ EAM | Reliability Program Weekly mentor sessions for all agencies teams performing Reliability Program projects (B&T, LIRR, MNR, NYCT Stations Env., Services Diversion, Power Cable, EMD Telecommunications, Staten Island, Supply Logistics, Predictive Maintenance). HQ Reliability Program. HQ EAM | Reliability Program Reviewed and updated Business Process Management & Notation Guide, BPM Policy and Standard Operating procedures. HQ EAM | Reliability Program Performed QA&QC to all agencies process maps made by our BPM Analyst, and keep information in SharePoint. HQ EAM | Reliability Program Mentor session with BPM Analyst using process maps developed for all agencies to improve those process and review standards. HQ EAM | Reliability Program B&T Tunnels Ventilation System Project: The project goal is to perform preventive/predictive maintenance strategy by collecting data from SCADA in HxGN with the final goal to make informed decisions. Coordination meeting with IT Cyber Security who is performing a Risk Assessment. HQ Reliability Program. HQ EAM | Reliability Program GIS: This fall the EAM Team is offering training sessions focused on accessing LIRR infrastructure location data and the performance of common GIS workflows and tasks using ArcGISPro desktop software. Work with your manager to sign up. LIRR Standardized Processes: Completed documentation and validation of Fleet Material, Maintenance and Planning processes. MNR MTA IT Support: Updated Jira with ongoing EAM projects and future roadmap to ensure alignment of resources and priorities. MNR EAM Upgrade: Upgraded EAM Desktop & Mobile and Digital Work to version 12 including enhancements. SUBWAYS Infrastructure: Designing Blue Lights/Fire Extinguishers processes in EAM Desktop & Mobile. SUBWAYS Station: Training 74 Specialized Cleaning (Phase 4) personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile. SUBWAYS Track: Deploying Trouble Call project to 290+ personnel in EAM Desktop & Mobile. SUBWAYS

Switch Machine Analytics: Completed a root cause analysis for the four most common switch machine failure modes. HQ EAM / SUBWAYS Switch Machine Capital Replacement: Developed a first draft list of suggested replacements for the capital program; this will need to be reviewed and modified in the next steps. HQ EAM / SUBWAYS MNR M8 Relay Board Overhaul Project: Performing data mining and data analysis on MNR M8 Relay Board Overhaul project in order to define an strategy to follow. HQ EAM | Reliability Program LIRR C3HVAC Project: Condition monitoring on LIRR C3HVAC project, this project is being develop as part of the Reliability Program effort to determine long term maintenance strategy based on condition monitoring and evaluation. HQ EAM | Reliability Program HQ EAM | Reliability Program: Design and develop the Reliability Program Dashboard. HQ EAM | Reliability Program Staten Island Railway Laser Train Project: This project is being develop as part of the Reliability Program effort which include laser technology as part of their process to reduce safety rail conditions, reduce delays, and improve efficiency, we did a first test on August. HQ EAM | Reliability Program Tunnels Ventilation System Methodology of Maintenance Process and Procedure: Developing interface between SCADA and HxGN. B&T Asset Condition & Assessment & Overhaul Program: Continue to support CMO functions in Shop Planning, MDBF improvements and other projects utilizing Asset Condition Assessment. BUS Expanding Bentley Asset Performance Management Program functionalities to support DOB’s “Overhaul Reimagining” project. BUS Utilizing Asset Condition Assessment Program to target major maintenance interventions and overhauls. BUS Prognostic Maintenance & Engine Life Predication: Continue work with PreTeckt to implement prognostic maintenance for DOB with a focus on improving customer experience and optimizing maintenance BUS Rolled out prognostic services from PreTeckt on 1527. BUS Setting up RFP to explore the market on other prognostics service providers BUS Engine Life Prediction Proof-of-Concept contract granted to develop end of life expectancy models and optimize maintenance BUS Providing data on ~3400 buses to PreTeckt for Engine Life Prediction model development. BUS Engine Life Prediction modeling still in its infancy stage while we continue R&D efforts BUS Engine Maintenance Strategy: Continue monitoring Engine Failure Model and Replacement Strategy. BUS 2023 YTD engine replacement trends below forecast. BUS Bentley Linear Analytics: Engaged Track Department, EAM and MTA IT to improve the use and familiarity of Bentley Linear Analytics to further the impact of track data analytics. Deterioration modeling resumed for Hudson line. MNR Data Science: Scoped 1 year pilots with Throughput, LuxModus and WiTronix to bring new data science capabilities to Maintenance of Way and Maintenance of Equipment. MNR Key Performance Indicators: Identified key personnel and initiated KPI discussions to develop leading and lagging indicators for each department within MNR. MNR
