STUDENT DESIGN PROJECTS Senior Living and Mixed Use Commercial Design Kizuna Community, Yokohama, Japan Designed seven floors of a senior living facility with mixeduse commercial programming. Conducted demographic, solar, and climate research to support a culturally responsive design concept. Developed floor plans, renderings, material selections, and custom presentation boards using Revit and Adobe Creative Cloud. Created a functional design focused on efficiency, accessibility, and community. This design was selected and showcased at the 2026 AAU Spring Show Commercial Design National Geographic HQ, Presidio of San Francisco, CA Designed a two floor commercial headquarters concept for a historic San Francisco location. Planned public-facing spaces including a café, retail area, and exhibition space. Designed private workplace areas including offices and a conference room. Produced construction documents, presentation materials, and custom specification sheets. Residential Renovation 2190 Vallejo Street, Pacific Heights, San Francisco, CA Designed a full renovation concept for the ground floor, second floor, and basement level of a residential home. Developed a design direction that balanced the client’s aesthetic goals with functional housing needs. Planned a lower level Section 8 housing opportunity within the residential renovation. Created custom units to support ADA accessibility requirements.
