Our goal is to ensure that our service delivery model meets our clients at every stage of their life and MS journey. We will be identifying and addressing any gaps in the services we provide and creating clear referral pathways so that we can be a trusted partner for people with MS from the very start.

Our goal is to build a highly skilled team of staff and leaders who share our values and can help us achieve our vision. Whilst also ensuring that our systems, security and facilities are of the highest standard.
ENHANCE PROFILE AND CONNECTION TO PURPOSE
Our goal is to improve our communication with clients and other stakeholders about the services we provide to people living with MS, whilst spreading awareness of the cause and our organisation’s purpose within the community through improved brand messaging and community partnerships.
ENSURE FUTURE FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY
Our goal is to build a reliable and sustainable funding model that will support our core programs and services into the future. This includes a strategy to engage new clients, better processes and effective management of reserves.
