Theory of Constraints (ToC) in Manufacturing

What are the bottlenecks slowing down your company’s productivity and profit? And more importantly, how can you eliminate them? In this one-day course, you’ll learn how to use the Theory of Constraints, an approach that helps you identify the most important limiting factor (i.e., constraint) that stands in your way, and then systematically reduce that roadblock so you can achieve your company’s goals.

In an intimate workshop setting, you’ll explore the concepts popularized by Eliyahu Goldratt’s bestselling book, “The Goal: A Process of Ongoing Improvement.” Then, with the help of an MSOE instructor who is a certified expert in the ToC, you’ll discover how you can immediately apply those strategies to your own work.
