AFFORDING A MOUNT EDUCATION

A Mount education is an investment in your daughter’s future. The Mount awards merit-based scholarships, need-based grants, and financial aid to qualified recipients.

Scholarships and Grants

The following scholarships and grants are available for the Class of 2028:

• Fontbonne Academic Scholarship

• Alumnae Scholarship*

• Mother St. John Fournier Scholarship*

• Music Scholarship*

• National Service Scholarship*

• Robert Foell STEM Scholarship*

Academic scholarships are awarded for outstanding academic achievement based on the Scholarship/Entrance Exam, student records, and application materials. All applicants are reviewed for academic scholarships.

Scholarships denoted with an * have additional specific criteria for selection. Applicants can self-identify as scholarship candidates on the application form.

Grants are awarded to students who qualify for financial aid. Grants denoted with an * have additional specific criteria for selection. Applicants can self-identify as grant candidates on the enrollment application.

Financial Assistance

We are committed to giving all of our admitted students access to a transformational Mount education. Financial aid provides monetary assistance to qualifying families to reduce the costs associated with education. The Mount utilizes the Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) service to process applications.

To be considered for financial aid, you must complete your online application by October 13, 2023 for an incoming freshman (Class of 2028) and December 11, 2023 for an upperclass student. All applications must be complete in order to be considered for financial aid. Notifications of financial aid offers will be made in October/ November 2023 for incoming freshmen and January/February 2024 for other grades.
