OFFERING VERSATILITY, MOBILITY AND AFFORDABILITY As the name suggests, the new Micro is a compact coolant recycling system, designed and manufactured in the UK. Designed and built to the high standards and specifications that has made Freddy a trusted name, the Freddy Micro offers a new solution to your coolant recycling needs.

Micro OFFERING VERSATILITY, MOBILITY AND AFFORDABILITY The Micro is the latest addition to the Freddy Coolant Recycling range.

Recycling coolant decreases the amount of coolant needed, as rather than disposing of old coolant and replacing with new, you recycle it. This can double your coolant life, and saves machine downtime, offering significant cost benefits.

The Micro is the smallest Freddy with a 50 litre tank capacity and a 37 litre perforated steel filter basket. It comes with a 38mm or 51mm hose and a 200um filter bag as standard. With the ability to vacuum 238ltr per minute, and air flow of 3000 litre per minute, the Micro is a small but powerful addition to the range.

The Micro Plus offers the benefit of being able to vacuum and return under pressure, completing the 50 litre recycling process in under 60 seconds!

Ecovac

CONTINUOUS FILTRATION FOR MINIMUM DOWNTIME The Freddy Ecovac is unique in the Freddy coolant recycling vacuum family as it is the only Freddy to vacuum out and recycle the coolant continuously, using an independent pump for return.

The Freddy Ecovac is designed to vacuum out coolant from machine tool sumps, machine beds, drip trays, conveyors and even the shop floor with the dedicated floor tool and recycle it for re-use.

DOUBLE THE FILTRATION, HANDS FREE OPERATION The new Freddy Coolant Health Unit (CHU) has been designed to continuously vacuum out, filter and return coolant - even during the machines operation. With double the filtration of any previous Freddy, with two stage course and fine filtration, it means quicker more efficient coolant recycling than ever before.

The Freddy Coolant Health Unit (CHU) was developed in conjunction with Rolls-Royce Central Manufacturing Team and tested at Rolls-Royce Derby supported by the Rolls-Royce fluid management provider Quaker Houghton. Reducing liquid and solid manufacturing waste has been proven through testing - with 24,000 litres recycled during a 4 week period, as well as cost saving on disposal costs and purchase costs.

The chassis allows easy manouverability throughout the factory, and we are able to offer a battery operated version, so it is truely wireless allowing it to be transported wherever required.
