TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKE: “LE LAVABIANCHERIA SAMSUNG TI FANNO VOLARE GRATIS IN EUROPA” Promoted by Samsung Electronics Italia S.p.A., with registered office in Milano - Viale della Liberazione n. 9, Vat no. 11325690151 (hereinafter “Promoter” or “Samsung”), in accordance with the following articles ( the “Terms & Conditions”).

Article I. NAME OF THE PROMOTION “LE LAVABIANCHERIA SAMSUNG TI FANNO VOLARE GRATIS IN EUROPA” (the “Sweepstake”).

Article II. CATEGORY Sweepstake.

Article VI. ELEGIBILITY 6.1.

Maltese residents aged over 18 years, who will purchase a Promoted Product distributed by Sound Machine Ltd during the Sweepstake Period, as defined under art. VII below, at the point of sales displaying the relevant promotional materials related to the Sweepstake, (hereinafter the “Point of Sales”). The Promoter’s employees shall be excluded from participation to the Sweepstake (hereinafter the “Participants”)

6.2.

The participation to the Sweepstake is free of charge, but does not include the costs related to the internet connection for the registration to the Sweepstake and for the submission of the sales receipt and/or of serial code photo of the Promoted Products, which are essential for the participation to the Sweepstake.

Article VII. PROMOTED PRODUCTS 7.1.

In this Sweepstake, the Promoted Products are the following models of Samsung washing machines of the Series Ecolavaggio, and for the purpose of this Sweepstake are divided into two categories “Category A” and “Category B” (jointly the Promoted Products”): A. WW12H8400EW; and the models of Samsung washer-dryer: WD906P4SAWQ (the “Promoted Products CATEGORY B”).

Article VIII. PRIZES 8.1.

In this Sweepstake the prizes are the following (collectively the “Prizes”): A. FOR THOSE WHO PURCHASE THE PROMOTED PRODUCTS CATEGORY A

a voucher suitable for booking a plane ticket / return for just one person, departing from Italian or Maltese airports to a European destination of choice of the Participant among those served by the companies available on the site samsung.lastminute.com. The availability of dates and destinations of flights may change based on the date and the departure airport.

B. FOR THOSE WHO PURCHASE THE PROMOTED PRODUCTS CATEGORY B a voucher suitable for booking a plane ticket / return for two people, departing from Italy or Malta airports to a European destination of choice of the Participant among those served by the companies available on the site samsung.lastminute.com. The availability of dates and destinations of flights may change based on the date and the departure airport.

8.2.

Each Prize may be used (i.e. flying tickets shall be booked) on the website samsung.lastminute.com (which the Participant may access directly from www.samsung.it/lastminute by clicking the "Book your flight" option) between June 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015, after which the Prize will no longer be valid. The Participant shall have the right to book outward and return flights for dates after December 31, 2015, according to the latest availability dates of the flights indicated on the site www.samsung.lastminute.com.

8.3.

Prizes cannot be converted into cash. Prizes do not generate interest, are not marketable, nor can be replaced and / or refunded. Once the Participant has registered on the site www.samsung.lastminute.com, the received voucher codes can no longer be transferred and shall be used with reference to the e-mail address entered by the Participant when requesting the Prize (see article 10 below).

8.4.

For each purchased Promoted Product, the Participants shall receive one Prize (Prize A or Prize B) only and in particular, each serial number can entail the delivery of one Prize only, in accordance with the provisions of the preceding art. 8.1.

8.5.

The Prize includes only the flight ticket, whilst the following will be borne by the holder of the booked flight: -

any optional and additional expenses, such as: the airport check-in fees demanded by some airline companies (if the Participant has not opted for the telecheck-in), placing luggage in hold, priority boarding service, optional services or any request for changes in booking; airport transfer charges; meals and accommodation; flight insurance; any other ancillary costs.

Expenses not expressly included in the Prize will be borne by theParticipant and/or by the second traveler.

8.7.

Booking of flights is reserved for passengers aged over 18 years old, provided that underage passengers can also avail of the flights, subject to restrictions imposed by specific airlines companies that will process flights chosen by Participant.

Article IX. JACKPOT 9.1.

The value of the Prize A amounts to eighty five Euro (Eur 85) (inclusive of VAT). The value of the Prize B amounts to one hundred and seventy Euro (Eur 170) (inclusive of VAT).

9.2.

The assignment of up to fifty (50) Prizes A is forseen. The assignment of up to twenty (20) Prizes B is forseen.

Article X. MECHANISM OF THE SWEEPSTAKE 10.1.

All the Participants who shall purchase a Promoted Product during the Sweepstake Period (Category A or Category B) at the Point of Sales shall have the right to obtain the relevant Prize (Prize A for the Promoted Products Category A and Prize B for the Promoted Products Category B) in accordance with the provisions of the above articles 7.1. and 8.1.

10.2

The Participant may take part in the Sweepstake by registering on the website www.samsung.it/lastminute by not later than 10 days following the purchase of one of the Promoted Products. After selecting the “Request the prize” option, the Participant will be redirected to the webpage www.samsungpeople.it (the “Site”).

10.3.

The Participant, if not yet registered to the Site, shall complete the on-line form (the “Form”) available on the Site providing his first name, surname, e-mail address and password, in addition to the details of the purchased Promoted Product (serial code and the sales receipt). In order to successfully conclude the registration to the Site, Participants shall give their consent to the processing of their data, after reading the privacy policy that will be provided through the Form. Without the consent of the Participant, the subscription CANNOT be completed and the Prize cannot be claimed.

10.4.

The Participant shall verify the right insertion of any personal data, of the contact data and data related to the Promoted Product during the phase of registration. Missing or wrong insertion of data shall result in the exclusion from this Sweepstake.

10.5.

A serial number shall not be deemed valid and therefore the Prize shall not be awarded, if it has been already utilized, or if it does not exist, or if it does not match with a Promoted Product.

10.6.

After registering to the website by registering the purchased Promoted Product, the Participant shall receive an email within 24 hours with the validation of his/her registration containing a link which must be clicked in order to confirm his/her registration on the Site. In the event that the Participant does not receive the email within 24 hours, he/she shall proceed with a new registration to the Site. Until the Participant does not click on such DEM, his/her registration will be deemed not completed.

10.7.

Once the registration to the Site is completed, a banner linked to the Sweepstake will be shown on the Participant’s screen in the "promo" area. After having registered the Promoted Product on the Site, and by clicking on the above-mentioned banner, the Participant will access the dedicated area to this Sweepstake where he/she will be requested to confirm the data entered during the registration to the Site and to upload a copy of the sales receipt in .jpg or .pdf format with a maximum file size of 2MB.

10.8

Once the registration is completed, the Participant will receive an e-mail confirmation that the request for the Prize shall be processed. This email differs from the final email

confirmation entitling the Participant to the Prize, which in turn is subject to the checks set out in Articles 10.3 and 10.6.

10.9

If the registration is completed correctly the provisions of art. XI below shall apply, while in case of failure to register the Participant will receive an email advising such failure at the address indicated in the Form.

Article XI. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZES 11.1.

Each Participant who will meet the requirements set out under article X above, shall receive an email within 10 days from the registration to the Site and, based on the purchased and registered Promoted Product, one or two lastminute.com registration pin codes that will allow the Participant to request the Prize (see art. 8 above).

11.2.

After receiving the lastminute.com registration pin code or codes, the Participant must access the Site www.samsung.lastminute.com and insert the pin code or codes received, choosing whether to request the voucher valid for booking an European or national (in Italy) flight (see art. 8.1 above). Once the pin code is correctly registered, the Participant will receive, within 5 days, a registration confirmation email and another email containing the Prize A or B (in accordance with the purchased Promoted Product). During the registration on the website www.samsung.lastminute.com Participants that have two pin codes registration may decide whether to request a single voucher valid for booking a flight for two people or whether to require two separate vouchers valid for booking two single flight.

In the latter case, the Participant must register a single pin code at a time.

11.3.

In order to complete the flight booking - which must take place by not later than 23:59:59 hours (CET) of the 31 December 2015 - Participants must enter the site www.samsung.lastminute.com, select the “Reservation” page and choose to display the flight deals for one person or two people, according to the voucher code in in their possession.

11.4.

Lastminute.com shall make available the samsung@lastminute.com for any requests of assistance.

11.5.

By filling the forms for air flight bookings set out in art. 11.3., the Participant declares (also in name of any accompanying person) to be in possession of all necessary permits and rights in order to travel from Malta to his/her chosen destination.

11.6.

Without prejudice to theParticipant’s ’s right to the free flight (i.e. by using the Prize won) and subject to the provisions of art. 8.6. above, the terms and conditions of the booking service on the website www.lastminute.com shall apply.

Article XII. WITHDRAWAL, AMENDMENTS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS OF THE PROMOTION 12.1.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or modify the terms of this promotion for a fair reasonby giving prior notice to the participants, to be made with the same or similar modalities adopted for the communication of these Terms and Conditions.

Article XIII. COMMUNICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 13.1.

These Terms and Conditions shall be published on www.samsung.it/lastminute, www.samsungpeople.it and www.samsung.lastminute.com and, will be kept at the Promoter’s premises for the entire duration of the Sweepstake and for the subsequent 12 months

Article XIV. PROMOTIONAL METHODS AND MATERIALS

14.1.

This Sweepstake will be promoted on www.samsung.it/lastminute, www.samsungpeople.it and www.samsung.lastminute.com, by means of flyers and point of purchase (PoP) material, banners, radio and through Samsung’s official social network sites.

Article XV. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 15.1.

The processing of the personal data of the Participants will be made in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2001 (Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta).

15.2.

In order to claim the Prizes under this Sweepstake, the Participants shall expressly give their consent to the processing of their personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree no.

196/2003, after reading the privacy policy set out in the Form. The data of the Participant will be processed by Samsung Electronics Italia S.p.A., as data controller, as well as by third party organizations delegated with the management and administration of the Forms, as data processors.

15.3.

By completing the Form and registering to the Site in accordance with art. 10.3. above, the Participant shall automatically be deemed to have given his/her consent to the Promoter to retain such data for promotional purposes. The Participant shall have the option to unsubscribe from receiving promotional communication and material, at any time, by sending an e-mail with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE” on se.privacy@partner.samsung.com

Article XVI. DECLARATIONS 16.1.

The participation to this Sweepstake implies the express, unconditional and integral acceptance of each and all rules and clauses of these Terms and Conditions.

16.2.

Any communication related to this Sweepstake will be made to the phone/email addresses provided by the Participant during the registration of the Promoted Product. The Participant shall verify that the contact details are correct and active; otherwise it will not be possible for the Participant to take part in the Sweepstake and/or to claim the Prize.

16.3.

The Promoter reserves the right to confirm the rightful participation to the Sweepstake. To this end, the Promoter reserves to request the Participant: • The hardcopy of the sales receipt; • A declaration by the retailer confirming the actual sale of the Promoted Product during the Sweepstake Period.

16.4.

In the event of ascertained irregularity to the participation, the Prize shall not be awarded.

16.5.

The Promoter shall on its own discretion, or on that of third party appointees, determine whether a Participant has won the Prize by means and instruments which are considered suspicious or fraudulent or in violation of the terms and conditions of the Sweepstake, in which case the Prize shall not be awarded. The Promoter, or third party appointee, reserves the right to proceed, by means deemed appropriate, and in accordance to the applicable laws, in order to limit or prevent any activity carried out to bypass the Sweepstake system.

Any attempt of fraudulent use or external override of the registration on the Site can be considered as a criminal offense liable to prosecution.

16.6.

If for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, computer viruses, unauthorized interventions, fraud, technical issues, hurricanes, storms, fires, riots, wars, rebellions, strikes or any other cause which might affect the management, safety, fairness and integrity of the Sweepstake, the Promoter shall have the right at its discretion to modify or cancel the Sweepstake without incurring any liability.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SWEEPSTAKE CANNOT BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER PROMOTIONAL INITIATIVE (BUNDLE AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR CONTESTS) PROMOTED BY SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS ITALY SPA ON THE SAME PROMOTED PRODUCTS DURING THE SWEEPSTAKE PERIOD.
