Scholarship for New admissions/MRG Students (Concession of up to 100% of Tuition Fee subject to fulfilling the condition laid out in the Policy)

MRG School promotes the culture of excellence and believes that meritorious and achiever students at the school should be rewarded with appropriate scholarships. Secondly, we must also offer these scholarships to attract meritorious students for Admissions.

The MRG Super Student Scholarship is a scholarship for the students at MRG School and for New Admissions who are studying in Grade IX, X, XI and XII. The student has to meet any ONE or more of the following conditions as laid below: S. No.

In any sport in "high priority and priority discipline" (as per the terminology used by SGFI) if a student has received Gold Medal in (i) National School Games organized by a School Games Federation of India, in U19 or U17 category, or (ii) National championship organized by a National Sports Federation in Senior/Junior category In any sport in "high priority and priority discipline" (as per the terminology used by SGFI) if a student has received Gold Medal in (i) District and State level Schools Games organized by a School Games Federation of India, in U19 or U17 category, or (ii) National championship organized by a National Sports Federation in Senior/Junior category Students who have won Gold medal at National level in any Art or Culture related activity Students who have won Gold medal at any Regional or State level Art or Culture related activity

Mandatory Terms 1. All students from IX to XII are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

2. The supporting documents must be submitted along with the Admission Form to the Principal before the admission is granted (for new

admissions seeking scholarship). Existing students will be awarded scholarship only after the results are declared. The Fees collected will be adjusted in other dues/Fee charges through the year.

3. A student can avail only one type of scholarship in an academic year.

4. Scholarship awarded will be applicable for one academic year only.

5. The scholarship is in the form of Tuition Fee waiver only; all other fee charges of the school shall be borne by the parent.

6. Any student who qualifies for the scholarship will not be permitted to claim any other form of fee concession applicable during the academic

year.

7. A student can avail scholarship only if there is no outstanding amount for fee.

The decision of awarding the scholarship rests fully with the Management. Further, the Management may, at their discretion, limit the scholarship amount to less than the specified amount for the justifiable reasons as documented in writing. The scholarship cannot be claimed as a matter of right by any student.
