But pandemic won't stay forever There will be a time for people to continue their normal way of life such as vacation, on-site working, and other activities that force us to meet people again physically.
In 2022, government started to loosen the pandemic era and people were officially allowed to do the hybrid working system and going for a vacation. Plenty of places & public transportation were so crowded at that time due to visitor & passenger increase.
As a cat parents, we find a new problem Our cat need to stay at home alone while we're working or going for vacation. Recent study says that cats are quite emotional sensitive so its unimaginable to leave them alone at home.
Me and Sheila Rafa Azzahra as co-founder did some research to tackle these problems. Then, we found marketplace business model that implemented by airbnb, gojek, & grab is quite suitable for this kind of problems. Long story short, I built the workflow & systems using traditional online google spreadsheet & hired 50 partners to be our cat sitters in June 2022 and from that day we are officially starting a new cat sitting startup business in Indonesia.

Concept
1 As an heavy equipment trading company we use SAP as our enterprise resource planning software to operate the day to day business operations. It contains tons of data from plenty of modules such as FICO, Material Management, sales & ditribution, etc
On these days, we believe that data is the new gold. We can utilize data to make a better business decision Inline with risk, if we re able to utilize data correctly, we could mitigate potential risk in the future (data-driven risk)
The pain point was downloading and processing data from SAP still done manually by risk owners. And also due to individual data processing, it could resulted different understanding of the data
To tackle these problems, me and Ms. Zara Amanda Putri came up with new idea. We want to implement the concept of car dashboard. For instance, before we drive the car, we need to see the fuel indicators It can warn us what should we do first whether go to gas station or directly to our destination. This concept will be known as Key Risk Indicators (KRI) in risk management term.

It started from downloading data from SAP using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by Microsoft Power Automate Storing data mechanism uses replace system which each new data will overwrite the old data with same file name

This dashboard contains plenty of key risk indicators (KRI). These KRI's are used to warn risk owners to be more cautious with each potential risks that could be occurred if they ignore the bottlenecks This dashboard is automatically updated every single day by consuming data from our SAP

Those xlsx data that located inside virtual machine local will be processed in Power BI desktop. Power Query Editor will be used if there is a significant transformation of the datasets. After processing the data using DAX, then its time to visualize it into an insightful dashboard
UPLOAD & UPDATE
Dashboard will be uploaded to Power BI cloud so that risk owners are able to consume the information. On-premises data gateway is used as a connector between Microsoft server and virtual machine local that will worked for dataset scheduled updates
