Registration can be done online, in person or by phone. Credit Card payment is required at time of registration online and by phone. Credit card, debit and cash is accepted for registrations done in person.
All classes are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient registrations. Registrants will be notified a soon as a decision has been made to cancel a class. In the case that the Field House cancels a class you will receive a full refund or you may transfer to another class if space permits.
If you withdraw from a camp/program at least 7 days before the start date a $10 cancellation fee per registration will be applied to your refund or credit. No refund or credit will be issued if the withdrawal occurs less than a week from the start date or after a program starts, except for medical reasons (physician’s note required). Withdrawal from programs for medical reasons will be effective from the date of the note and must be received prior to the program end date. Credits can be applied towards another Field House sponsored activity, class, camp or program. No refunds or credits will be applied for withdrawals from pre or post camp care.
If you withdraw from a class a minimum of 7days before the start date, a $10 cancellation fee per registration will be applied to your refund or credit. No refund or credit will be issued if the withdrawal occurs less than 7 days from the start date or after a program starts except for medical reasons (physician’s note required). Withdrawal from a program for medical reasons after the program has started will be effective from the date of the note and a refund will be provided for remaining classes in the program.
If a program has reached its maximum number of registrants, express your interest by adding your name to the waiting list. If a space becomes available or an additional class is added due to the demand you will be notified.

Join us for this incredible Child Safety and Anti-Abduction Program and give your child practical skills they can’t receive anywhere else!
This course is designed for children aged 5-11 and will provide your child with vital safety skills while building their belief in themselves. The kids will finish the course equipped with practical skills and confidence, which empowers them to identify potential risks while remaining calm and taking decisive action.
They will practice using their voices effectively, learning how to call for assistance loudly and clearly to attract attention and deter potential threats. They will learn how to deal with emergency situations, including taking part in 911 practice drills. With this structured, ageappropriate session, kids participate in fun yet purposeful exercises where they will also learn physical techniques, including awareness and anti-abduction techniques.
Each child participant will require registration. Parents are encouraged to attend and do not require a ticket.

An energetic and dynamic workout that combines choreographed kickboxing routines with cardio and bodyweight exercises, all set to an upbeat and motivational music playlist. This will be a no contact class where no equipment is needed.
Participants can expect a high-energy environment where they will engage in a series of kickboxing moves, such as jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, and kicks, seamlessly integrated with cardio intervals that elevate the heart rate. The choreography is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, allowing beginners to follow along while providing enough intensity for more experienced participants.
In addition to the kickboxing sequences, the class incorporates bodyweight exercises like squats and lunges. A small portion of the class will also be on the floor as we work to target our arms, abs, and glutes. Intermediate level lessons are intended for players who have been playing more than 2 years, and/or have achieved a rating level of 2.5 to 3.0. Instruction will be provided in dinking with variation, offensive and defensive at the NVZ, drop shots, drive shots, blocking and touch shots, offensive and defensive lobs, returning the lob, advanced strategies, switching and stacking. Instructor: Gail Reiss, NCCP Level 2 Certified Pickleball Instructor.

Come for a walk on our indoor track and enjoy a free tea or coffee and some good conversation! 9am - 12pm

These are recreational tournaments intended to provide the opportunity for players of all levels to gain experience and have fun playing a mix of other players. The registration fee is per person and includes a prize for the top 3 teams in each division. Light snacks will be provided. A partner is required, and their full name must be provided at the time of registration. 5 round robin games are guaranteed (additional playoff games for qualified teams). Both partners are required to register separately. Registration fee: $40 per person.
