CONCEPT SITE PLAN
I’ve created three different entries for private access to reduce traffic and user friendly acess through the amenities.The Aft was seperated for OSR and Services to easily acess the three.
Basic square form selected to create a spatial functionality around the plot and the blocks.
Breakage of the square plot and divided into two portions for the given requirements.
Using the addition and subration method blocks were seprated towards different forms.
The concept was inspired by ice cubes, were edges was curved and through the blocks placed, the sufficient lightinth and ventilation is achieved.

AIM : The aim of the proposal is to create a habitable living environments for the residents, addressing issues such as overcrowding, lack of basic amenities & services, and vulnerability to natural disasters.
CONCEPT
Inspired from the Habitat 67 building, inclusion of blocks were done to enhance the living &betterment of life.
The dwellings are arranged in such a way to achieve proper ventilation& daylighting and also to achieve vistas from the balcony.

INTRODUCTION:
Kuniyamuthur is one of the oldest parts of Coimbatore and the busiest markets of the city. We have chosen the aathupalam junction as our site for the main accessibility and its one of the important junctions in the southern city.
BUILDING TYPOLOGY:
Kuniyamuthur is located close to NH 948 and is well-connected to other parts of Coimbatore by major roads like Palakkad road, Avinashi Road. The upcoming Ring Road that starts from Sugunapuram near Kuniyamuthur and will reach Narasimmanaickenpalayam will boost connectivity. Podanur Junction railway station and Coimbatore Main Junction railway station are the nearest railway station located within 6km. Coimbatore Airport is 17km away and can be reached through Avinashi Road.
