Lunch and departure

Bob is fascinated with why some projects succeedand many more fail- and has actually made the turn-around of failing projects his speciality. He believes that any project whether small or large profits from a systematic understanding of the fundamental principles of successful projects and has shared his insights in a number of project management courses.

This MPNE workshop will focus on the specific needs of Melanoma patient advocates who predominantly work as highly-motivated volunteers with limited financial and personal resources and who want to use their limited time as effectively as possible to make a difference for Melanoma patients.
