D&D™ for Teens
Mondays: September 14, 21 & 28 4-5:30 pm | Grades 8-12 Adventurers! Ready your sword-arm and prepare your spells! New players are encouraged and we will cover the basics of character creation. E-mail a.russell@mphpl.org to register and for set-up instructions. Huzzah!
League of Legends™
Every Thursday in September 3:30-7:30 pm | (Ages 14-24) Summoners unite! Want to keep your League skills sharp? Add our Programming Gamer Adam (IGN: Shadybug) as a friend on League and ask for an invite to the MPHPL Club. No registration is required.
Paladins™
Every Friday in September 4-5:45 pm | (Ages 14-24) Join us for some games of Paladins: Defenders of the Realm™. The game is FREE TO PLAY and available on both Steam and at www.paladins.com. If you’d like to play or have any questions, please contact a.russell@mphpl.org to get started. No registration is required.
D&D™ Quest Girls
Every Wednesday in September 4-5:30 pm | Grades 8-12 MPHPL will be running a weekly Dungeons and Dragons™ adventure for a group of girls seeking to test their mettle. Dungeons & Dragons™ for Adults Saturday, September 12 11 am-4:45 pm | Adults (18+)
Desperate to get your Dungeons & Dragons™ fix? We will be hosting a one-shot campaign for five heroes with the sternest of mettle! Attendees will be allowed to prepare a 6th level character in advance using ONLY the 5E Player’s Handbook as a resource. For those registrants unable to do so, a pre-made character will be provided. Beginners are welcome, and everyone will receive an e-mail detailing how to get started before game day. Registration is required.
GAMING
Animal Crossing: New Horizons Virtual Meet-Up Tuesdays: September 1 & 29 5:45-6:30 pm or 6:45-7:30 pm | Teens & Adults
Do you enjoy playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons™? Come hang out with us! This program is intended for teens and adults, but children are welcome to visit with help from a parent. A Dodo code will be e-mailed 15 minutes before each session’s start time. Registration is required.
Mad Lib Challenge Submit your entries from September 1-22 Tuesday, September 29 6:30 pm | All Ages Brush off your thesaurus and participate in our library-themed Mad Lib challenge. Submit your entry via the link posted on our website mphpl.org from September 1-22. We’ll share our favorites live on Facebook on Tuesday, September 29 at 6:30 pm. No registration is required.
