Mishawaka Teen Gaming Night
Tuesdays: August 3 & 17 6-7:30 p.m. | Grades 6-12 Join us for teen gaming! Play our Nintendo Switch™ or choose from an assortment of card, dice and board games. Participants age 11 or younger must have an adult present. Registration required.
D&D™ Quest Girls
Wednesdays: August 4-25 4-5:45 p.m. | Grades 8-12 In search of adventure? MPHPL will be running a weekly Dungeons and Dragons™ adventure for a group of girls seeking to test their mettle in a fantasy world of heroes and villains! Beginners welcome. Registration required. Email a.russell@mphpl.org to join and for set-up instructions. Join the Quest Girls and see what dangers and excitement lie ahead!
Mug ‘n’ Muffin
Thursday, August 19 10:15-11 a.m. | Adults (18+) Our morning book club has gone hybrid – join us in person or virtually via Zoom! Books will be available to pick up from the Mishawaka Library.

Play Dough: Mold & Make
Tuesday August 24 4:30-5:15 p.m. | Children (Grades K-5) Squish and sculpt. Roll and mold. If you like getting creative with play dough, we’ve got the perfect program for you! During this event, you’ll be able to not only manipulate the dough, but also help mix up a batch of homemade play dough! Children in grades K-2 must have adult present in room. Children in grades 3-5 must have adult present in the library. Registration is required.
Cozy Kids
Thursday, August 26 4:30-5:15 p.m. | Children (Age 7 and under) Grab your favorite blanket and join us for this very cozy program that’s all about quilts and the stories we can tell with them. Learn about quilts with stories and songs! Everyone will get a chance to tell their own story with a paper quilt square craft to take home. Children must have an adult present in room. Registration is required.
Roz Puppets Present: George and the Dragon All Ages Join the Roz Puppets for a whimsical retelling of a classic tale set in the times of dragons and enchanted creatures. A young lad, George, will face the terrible Dragon of legend. But how fierce is this dragon? Find out when you join us for this fun, furry, and unforgettable story. Free tickets are required and will be available at the Youth Services desks beginning Mon., July 19. You must pick up tickets for your preferred show at the show’s library location. Due to the popularity of this show, the last 50 tickets will be held for MPHPL cardholders (please bring your library card when you pick up tickets). Limit ten tickets per adult.
