It is Holiday time again…holiday parties, office parties, social occasions with friends, and mistletoe! Time to get yourself ready for these holiday events with a bright, shiny smile and clean,

fresh breath.

The basics include brushing at least twice a day (for at least 2 minutes each time) and flossing daily. This is the foundation for a healthy smile and fresh breath.
