A) Safety and Tree Health

B) Golf Course Conditioning

When trees interfere with our ability to provide quality conditions, especiallyonthemostimportantcomponents of the golf course (ie greens, tees, fairways, cart paths), considerationsareoftenmadetoremovethetreeinorderto givethetargetareasabetterchancetothrive

C) Strategy & Playability

D) Aesthetics

It is important to define our desired look and plant trees with purpose Currently, we have so may beautiful trees that are blocked out by those of much lesser quality We also have some beautiful vistas that are obscured Sometimes it may become necessary to remove a lesser qualitytreeortwotoallowsunlightandtherightgrowing conditionsforabetterspecimen.

CAN YOU BUILD MUSCLE MASS WITH

yes!

As long as you continuously challenge your muscles by:

increasing reps decreasing rest periods performing more difficult variations increasing your time under tension (by going slower)

You just need to make sure you have the right program to follow. Here is a Beginner Bodyweight Workout:

Do 3 Circuits of the following

exercises

20 bodyweight squats

10 push-ups (on knees or toes)

10 walking lunges (each leg)

10 plank rows (on each arm)

10 lateral lunges (each leg)

30 jumping jacks

Once you’ve finished all exercises in the circuit, do it again

if you’re still able after a 3rd round, keep going
