Teaches introductory tennis skills in a fun and positive format to get your little ones interested and excited about tennis.

Focuses on outdoor exercise, increased coordination and awareness and encourages group participation.

Students learn more advanced stroke production, tennis rules and etiquette, and basic single/doubles strategy. This class is designed to include a variety of ages and skill level from beginner to high intermediate.

For juniors playing comptetitve and sanctioned match play (Myers Park USTA teams, middle/high school teams, tournaments). This program is for those dedicated to improving and competing at a high level.

Experience a night under the stars in the "wilderness" of the Tennis facility lawn. S'mores, movies, delicious food and good ol' fashioned outdoor fun for the entire family!

Tent set up begins at 4 PM Dinner served from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Movie Line-up: The Spongebob Movie: Sponge on the Run & Space Jam Breakfast served at 7:00 AM the following morning AT LEAST ONE PARENT PER TENT MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE PER FAMILY.

A post-workout snack will depend on the length and intensity of your training session and the timing of the next meal. If you won’t be able to have a balanced meal after your workout, consider a smoothie to refuel and rehydrate.

GROUP EXERCISE Senior Fitness is back! Meet us in the group exercise room on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 – 12:00 PM. London Thornton designs the class to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance – and adds plenty of fun!
