Fitness

Friendly Reminders...

FITNESS CENTER USE Work-out sessions are 75-minutes and reservations are required. You will sign up for a 90-minute session; however, you must leave for the last 15 minutes so that we can deep clean and sanitize properly.

CANCELLATIONS If you can no longer attend a scheduled work-out session or group exercise class, please cancel your reservation. This allows somebody else to grab your spot and you will avoid being charged for a group exercise class you did not attend.

DEPENDENTS AND GUESTS Guests are not permitted to use the gym at this time. Eligible dependents can use the gym Monday through Friday (no weekends) during the following sessions: 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM. Reservations can be made by a parent. Dependents ages 14-17 must complete the MPFit certification to gain access to the Fitness Center.

Children under 14 are not permitted in the gym.

GROUP EXERCISE CHANGES Yoga Fusion is now Yoga for All (M/W/F at 8 AM). Jennifer Horsey teaches on Monday and Wednesday and Becky Stewart teaches on Friday. Barre is back! Kristen Scaggs will be leading the group on T/TH at 9:30 AM. We are limiting Barre class to 6 participants to allow for enough room to spread out and work hard. Reservations are required for all group exercise classes.
