ILLUMINA is a glow-in-the-dark paint for ceilings with a starry night effect. During the day it looks like a white matt finish, but in the dark your ceiling will turn into a beautiful starry night.

How does it work To show its effect, ILLUMINA needs to be charged by direct artificial light or sunlight.

At night, once the room is dark, wait a few seconds for the eye to get used to the darkness and you will start seeing a myriad of night stars.

ILLUMINA is an odourless, vapour permeable, waterresistant emulsion paint. Its photoluminescent effect will not wear off overtime.

ILLUMINA is ideal for kid’s room and any room where you want to recreate the magic of a starry night sky.

How to apply ILLUMINA is ready to use and is applied as a traditional emulsion paint.

Apply 1 coat of primer SMARTCOAT Extrafine by roller or brush.

Wait at least 4 hours.

Apply ILLUMINA in 2 coats by brush or roller.

Wait 4-6 hours between each coat.

The effect will be visible once the paint is completely dry and has properly charged with direct light.
