The Skinz Collection by Móz Designs is an innovative line of metals laminated with architectural-grade vinyl films, designed to emulate the natural beauty of decorative metals, luxurious woods, refined stones, and contemporary abstract patterns. This collection combines visual richness with the durability and versatility of aluminum substrates

SPECIFICATIONS
Material
• 8 mil vinyl applied to solid-core aluminum (ASTM B209, .040") weighing approximately 0.60 lbs/ft²
• Custom thicknesses available up to .125"
• Also available on corrugated aluminum (.040")
• Not available on perforated, laser-cut, or engraved metals
Flat Panels
• Standard sizes: 47" × 96" (1.19 × 2.44 m) and 47" × 120" (1.19 × 3.05 m); maximum size 47" × 120"
• Panel squareness tolerance: ±3/16" (4.7 mm)
Corrugated Panels
• Standard sizes: 44-1/4" × 96" and 44-1/4" × 120"
• Width tolerance: ±1/4"

SAMPLING
Samples are produced on .040" aluminum in a 3.5" × 5" format. Request samples through the Moz Sample Request Form online.
STOCK AND AVAILABILITY
All products are made to order.
• Standard sheet production: approximately 4-6 weeks
• Pre-fabricated solutions (columns and walls): additional lead time
• Larger or more complex orders may require extended production schedules

Directional patterns always run the length of the panel and do not book-match. When installing multiple panels, consider reveals or joint separations to manage seams.
Directional patterns include: Charwood, LunaGold, Glacier, and Wenge Wood.
Formability
Skinz Metals can be factory-formed by Móz into Column Cover and Wall Panel solutions ready for installation. Post-forming by others is not recommended.
We recommend only forming parallel to the grain direction forming perpendicular may cause material failure. Consult Móz Designs for fabrication guidance or project-specific needs.
Trims and framing
Trims and framing options are available to manage seams, edges, and corner conditions when using sheet material. Trims are finished in complementary tones. Refer to our Trims and Framing PDF for details.
HANDLING, CARE, AND WORKING WITH METAL
Refer to our Móz Metal Sheets Technical Informationfor full handling and fabrication guidance. Note: Skinz Metals are not shipped with protective masking handle with care to prevent surface abrasion.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Regular cleaning
Regular cleaning will help maintain the appearance of the finish. Use mild detergent and water, and a soft cloth or sponge without abrasives. For difficult stains, spot clean with a diluted Isopropyl Alcohol solution and a soft cloth. Avoid using strong solvents or detergents that are either highly alkaline (pH>11) or acidic (pH<3). Do not use ammonia, chlorine, or strong organic based cleaning products, polishing or cleaning compound, hard-bristle brushes or electric polishing equipment. Use only clean, nick free tools and wipe gently.
Cleaners and Disinfectants
For disinfection you may also use a disinfectant spray such as Lysol® as well as other common disinfectants such as Clorox Bleach (50% bleach/50% water), Formula 409, Simply Green or a mixture of 60% alcohol 40% water solution. Contact us for a complete list of Cleaners & Disinfectants tested.
Stain Resistance
Most stains can be removed using water or mild detergent. Dilute Isopropyl alcohol may be used for more difficult stains. Results may vary.
GENERAL WARRANTY
Moz Skinz Metals are suitable for interior vertical placement in commercial buildings. Some surface irregularities as well as color and pattern variations will appear. We recommend that you inspect the material before cutting or mounting. If material is deemed defective, Móz Designs’ liability is limited to the replacement cost of that material. Defective material must be submitted to Móz for evaluation. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
