Design Guide
Perforated metal sheets are available in a combination with Móz colors and grains to create truly mesmerizing effects. Perforated materials can be layered with other Móz metals or used for exter ior applications.

Custom hole patterns also available with a 10 sheet minimum. Create your own pattern and supply us with a vector or dxf file. Artwork is required in order to price custom patterns. A custom sample fee would start at $500 and can take 2 weeks or more to produce. Consult with your Moz Sales Rep for more information.

CUSTOM OPTIONS
Contact us for pricing and availability of custom sizes/shapes (round, square, oval), solid margins, staggered or straight aligned hole patterns, varying size holes, and more.
Moz standard perforated metals have a staggered hole pattern which means when you cut panels down to size you will get serrated edges. these can be treated with our 3/4” edge frame trim, or we can special order perforated metal to be precut to size with a solid margin around all sides. Perforated metal should always be hardware fastened, glue mounting is never recommended.
SAMPLING
Standard perforated samples are stocked in 3.5”x5” size. Larger sized samples are available upon request, however fee’s may apply.
GENERAL WARRANTY
Due to the production process, no two sheets are exactly alike. Some surface irregularities as well as color and pattern variations will appear We recommend that you inspect the material before cutting or mounting by simply lifting up the edge of the protective mask and laying it back down. If any material proves to be defective, Móz Designs will be liable for the cost of that material only. In order to prove material defective a sample must be provided to Móz Designs for review.
