Perforated metal sheets are available in a combination with Móz colors and grains to create truly mesmerizing effects. Perforated materials can be layered with other Móz metals or used for exterior applications. Please note that our Machine Grains are not available on perforated metal sheets.

Custom hole patterns also available with a 10 sheet minimum. Create your own pattern and supply us with a vector or dxf file. Artwork is required in order to price custom patterns. A custom sample fee would start at $500 and can take 2 weeks or more to produce. Consult with your Moz Sales Rep for more information.
MATERIAL
.063” Aluminum standard up to 125” custom. Also available as corrugated with .063” aluminum only. 20GA Stainless standard up to 18GA custom. Also available in corrugated with 20GA stainless only.
AVAILABLE COLORS
Available in the following Moz Color Collections: Classic , Blendz, Gradients, Graphix, Digital Imagery, and Powder Coats. Custom Colors also available. Ask about custom finishing on both sides of material. Not available with engravings or any machine grain patterns.
AVAILABLE FINISHES
Available in Polycoat Gloss or Matte, Powder Coat, and Exterior finishes. Not available in Durafilm or Tuffcoat finishes.
Exterior Finish Options
There is a 5 sheet minimum order for exterior finishes. Exterior warranties are provided by the manufacturer at our discretion after review of all construction drawings showing usage and construction. Field cutting is not recommended and will void any exterior warranty.
Moz Classic, Blendz, Gradients, Graphix, and Digital Imagery colors can be specified for exterior use in Gloss finish with a 5yr exterior warranty.
Powder coats are suitable for interior and exterior applications with a 5yr exterior warranty. Ask about our Ultra Durable Exterior finishes offering a 10 to 15 year warranty. Colors are limited.
APPLICATIONS
Available on most of the Móz ETA (easy-to-assemble) products including column covers, wall panels, and art. Call for availability on double sided products. Custom fabrication is available upon request. Please contact the design department regarding specific questions.
CUSTOM OPTIONS

Moz standard perforated metals have a staggered hole pattern which means when you cut panels down to size you will get serrated edges. these can be treated with our 3/4” edge frame trim, or we can special order perforated metal to be precut to size with a solid margin around all sides. Perforated metal should always be hardware fastened, glue mounting is never recommended.
SAMPLING
Standard perforated samples are stocked in 3.5”x5” size. Larger sized samples are available upon request, however fee’s may apply.
GENERAL WARRANTY
Due to the production process, no two sheets are exactly alike. Some surface irregularities as well as color and pattern variations will appear. We recommend that you inspect the material before cutting or mounting by simply lifting up the edge of the protective mask and laying it back down. If any material proves to be defective, Móz Designs will be liable for the cost of that material only. In order to prove material defective a sample must be provided to Móz Designs for review. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
