Dear Industry Partner,

We would like to invite your company to become part of the MVMA Partner for Progress program – a year-round sponsorship opportunity designed to give you valuable access, visibility, and meaningful connection with veterinary professionals across Missouri.

MVMA’s Partner for Progress program runs from August through July and has proven to be a flexible and effective way for companies to stay connected with our more than 1,700 veterinarian members. Whether you’re promoting a product, building brand recognition, or simply supporting the profession, this sponsorship helps you achieve those goals in a strategic and visible way.

The base level of sponsorship is $5,435. We also offer an expanded option at $6,875, which includes a series of full-page, full-color advertisements in the Missouri Veterinary Quarterly—our professional magazine distributed to over 2,000 veterinarians, veterinary students, and industry leaders across the state.

The 2027 MVMA Convention falls within this sponsorship period, and as a Partner for Progress, your company will receive early access to booth selection, branding opportunities, and access to a presentation time slot for a CE-quality session of your own design (subject to approval).

It’s a key time to be involved, and we’d love to have your company join this group of elite sponsors supporting Missouri’s veterinary professionals. Flexible billing can be arranged either in this calendar year or by January 31, 2027.

Enclosed you’ll find a summary of benefits and opportunities that come with the program. If you’d like to talk through the possibilities or have someone from your team connect with us, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to the chance to welcome you as a Partner and work together in the year ahead. With appreciation,

jrbraun@movma.org

This process will take place from October to November. There will be an approximately onehour training session, then you will work on your own to review assigned applications. Finally, you will have meeting either in person or via Zoom with your teammates (one current veterinary student and one faculty member) to determine a mutually agreeable list of applicants to be granted a live interview for further consideration for admission.
