In our commitment to making every day trip adventure accessible, we’ve worked tirelessly to keep prices affordable and have frozen some of our prices and even rolled back some of our prices from last year!
Our dedication extends to ensuring that children can join the fun and they travel for just £5 each* ensuring that everyone can enjoy memorable experiences without breaking the bank.

All our local pickup locations are all highlighted on page 23 and included in the price. With both our Accrington Matalan and The Woodsman in Leyland pickup locations, you can park your car for the entire day at no cost, making your trip even easier.

How long will we stay at the destination?
Where we have a single destination, we aim to give you at least 4 hours, although we reserve the right to change the times owing to traffic difficulties and weather problems We aim to be there for approx 11.30/12.00 and to return around 16.00/16.30. The driver will announce the departure time when you arrive, please listen to the driver’s instructions.

Can I pay the driver when I get on the coach?
Unfortunately, not. Excursions must be paid at the time of booking either by debit / credit card, cheque, or cash in the office
Would I be able to take my walker or scooter? We can accommodate walkers and scooters but please let us know at the time of booking. Scooters must be able to fold enough to fit into our lockers If you have a particularly large scooter, please contact us, to enable us to check the dimensions and weight.
How can I contact you if I need to cancel out of hours or if I need to contact the driver on a trip in an emergency?

Do the coaches have toilets on board?
All our excursion coaches are executive standard with a toilet and washroom on board On our longer journeys, we also stop for a comfort / toilet break. On very rare occasions we may need to change the vehicle from an executive to an alternative, as some do not have toilet facilities, alternative arrangements for toilet breaks will be made.
Can I sit where I like once onboard?
Unfortunately, not. You are allocated a seat at the time of booking and your driver has this information when you board. All customers are allocated their own seat to avoid confusion on the day.
I would like to buy my friend a trip for her birthday, but I do not know which trip she would prefer.
How about one of our gift vouchers? They can be used on any of our trips and holidays and can be for any value. Vouchers can be personalised with the name of the recipient and anything else you require These can be redeemed directly with us online or over the phone.
Where will I be picked up and how long are the pickups?
Our pick-up time on the M65 corridor is 1 hour 30 minutes (excluding Southbound). We advise the first pick up point and time. On the next page of this brochure, you will find the timings and pickup points - please add the extra minutes onto the first pickup time and this will give you your pickup time.
Example: You want to go to Chester and would like to be picked up from Burnley Croft Street (Bus Station) If we depart from Barnoldswick at 08:00 and pick up at Burnley Croft Street 45 minutes later. Therefore, your pickup time is 08:45.
What if I miss the coach on the way back?
The driver will announce the departure time when you arrive at your destination. Unfortunately, we cannot wait as it is important that the coach leaves on time. It will be your responsibility to get home and cover any costs incurred If you are unsure, check the departure time with the driver and, if you have a problem when out and about, ring our emergency number and we will do everything possible to assist.

What is your cancellation policy on day excursions?
You may cancel up to 7 days before a day trip and receive a full refund minus 10% admin fee. Where we must purchase admission tickets in advance, you will only receive the travel portion of the refund. Any period after 7 days will be 100% of the cost
What if I am late arriving at my pick-up point? Unfortunately, as we have many pick-up points, we are unable to wait, as this will cause a delay for the other passengers travelling The time stated in the brochure is the departure time.
