Arrange a Valuation The first step we take is to prepare a Property Valuation Appraisal.

Produced by senior staff members with many years of practical valuation experience, the Appraisal will make recommendations on what we believe the market value of the property is and will detail all the information and advice that was taken into consideration to determine the proposed figure.

If time is of the essence and all you want is a fast sale, we have contacts with cash buyers on the lookout for properties to purchase. You may not get full market value but you will get everything resolved quickly.

Every factor we believe could affect the valuation will be diligently researched, including a detailed investigation of the local market, consultation with at least three local Estate Agents and a comprehensive comparison of similar homes for sale or recently sold in the immediate area, using online house selling sites and Land Registry data. There is a sample report at the back of this brochure or you can download one at executorsolutions.co.uk. It will normally be sent to you in PDF format by email but we can arrange for a paper copy to be sent if preferred.

There is a fixed charge for this service. This report is yours to keep whether you choose us to sell the property or not. It will include a suggested monthly rental value if selling is not a priority.
