Every factor we believe could aect the valuation will be diligently researched, including a detailed investigation of the local market, consultation with at least three local Estate Agents and a comprehensive comparison of similar homes for sale or recently sold in the immediate area, using online house selling sites and Land Registry data. There is a sample report that you can download from our website at executorsolutions.co.uk. It will normally be sent to you in PDF format by email but we can arrange for a paper copy to be sent if preferred.
