Made at Mountview is a new programme created by Mountview, to enable research and development in new musical theatre. Drawing on Mountview’s expertise and students’ creative energies, this initiative invests in writers, composers and directors to work with young people to create contemporary musical theatre.

Summer Experiences for Amateur Actors One-Week Courses (17 and over) Mountview Summer Experiences are intensive six-day courses in Acting or Musical Theatre for amateur actors that introduce training techniques used by professionals. Whether you are looking to learn new skills to take back to your local theatre society or are after a short taste of drama school life, Mountview Summer Experiences are for you. 22 – 27 July | £450 Directors’ Weekend A weekend of workshops that introduce experienced amateur directors to methods and practices used by professionals. This course will stimulate creativity, develop skills and equip you with all the tools you need to put on your next production. 26 – 27 July | £200

TWO-WEEK DRAMA SCHOOL EXPERIENCE The perfect opportunity to experience drama school training over the summer holidays with courses in Acting, Musical Theatre, TV & Film and Audition Preparation for Musical Theatre. These give an invaluable and realistic insight into the working life of a full-time Mountview student and are great preparation for future auditions and training. 29 July – 9 August | £695 Suitable for ages 17 and over
