In London, the government has fallen and hundreds of thousands have taken to the streets. Across the capital people wake from the same terrifying dream and a young man named John returns home with a vision and plan. Mike Bartlett’s critically acclaimed play, first produced at the National Theatre in 2011, presents the turbulent nightmare of a dystopian future. Tim Hoare is currently an Associate Director at Out of Joint and a Staff Director at the National Theatre, recently assisting Sam Mendes on King Lear. He was the co-founder and Artistic Director of Chichester Festival Theatre’s Festival on the Fly, a temporary venue celebrating CFT’s 50th season.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a play about love and obsession, jealousy and magic. It takes place in a world where reality blurs with the mystic, where fairies are powerful, enchanting and mischievous. One of Shakespeare’s best-loved comedies, capturing romance and revelry in the hazy heat of summer. Jacqui Somerville is the Head of Postgraduate Acting and Musical Theatre at Mountview. Most recently, she directed Dido, Queen of Carthage with the Globe Young Players at Shakespeare’s Globe and has directed and led educational projects for the Royal Shakespeare Company, Out of Joint, Shakespeare's Globe, Oxford Stage Company, Headlong and Filter.

Billy Fisher is a dreamer. Bored with his humdrum life in Yorkshire he plots his escape to the gold-paved streets of London. But first he has to quit his job as an undertaker’s assistant and deal with his three fiancées that have turned up at home. This is a funny and fast-paced musical based on Keith Waterhouse and Willis Hall’s hugely popular play Billy Liar. Guy Unsworth trained as a director at Mountview. Recent directing credits include: Cool Rider (Lyric & Duchess, West End), The Collector (English Theatre Frankfurt) and Farragut North (Southwark Playhouse) for which he was nominated for Best Director at the 2013 Broadway World awards.
