Mount de Sales Academy Strategic Plan 2022-2028 OVERVIEW This Strategic Plan for Mount de Sales Academy charts our course for the next several years as we continue our flourishing mission to provide high school girls an academically excellent Catholic education that nurtures the whole person. The plan is the culmination of an effort that spanned the 2021-2022 school year with cross-constituency input and Board of Trustees led analysis and synthesis. Detailed here are seven focus areas of existing strengths for enhancement and opportunities for improvement. Under the direction of the Board of Trustees, the Administration, Faculty, and Staff of MDSA will execute the plan. Mount de Sales Academy is grateful for all who contributed to this plan.
