A touch of frost The Canadian Farmer’s Almanac predicted a winter that would be cold – in fact, very cold. Fortunately this prediction has only been true for a limited time, and for the most part we’ve enjoyed balmy winter weather. Hoar frost forms on cold, clear nights and presents us with a beautiful sight in the morning. Thanks to Gerry for sharing his photo, taken Feb. 7.
