Superintendent of Public Works Retires Mark Dieffenbach has been a dedicated employee of the Borough of Wellsboro since 1984. First employed with the Water & Sewer department as a certified operator, Mark is retiring December 31st from his position of Superintendent of Public Works after 37 years of service with the borough. He has been a beneficial asset to the borough and he will be greatly missed. We wish Mark the best in retirement Mark (left) is presented with a Certificate of Appreciation from his successor as Superintendent of Public Works, Ray Statts.
