The inner surface of Sensitive® Fabrics is treated with hydrophilic finish that promotes absorbance and distribution of perspiration, which will not be visible on the outside while the outer surface of Sensitive® Fabrics is treated with hydrophobic finish making it stain and water- repellent.

❱ ULTRASONIC Due to their compact and flat Sensitive® Fabrics’ structure, lint-free or nocurling edges, it is possible to merge two fabrics replacing the traditional seams with ultrasonic seams and heat sealing tapes. The exterior appearance of the garment is perfectly smooth and uniform.

Grazie alla struttura compatta e piatta dei tessuti Sensitive® Fabrics, che non si sfilacciano né si arrotolano ai bordi, è possibile unire due tessuti sostituendo le tradizionali cuciture con giunture saldate con ultrasuoni e nastri adesivi.

❱ LASER CUT Application technology on Sensitive® Fabrics that allows to make garments embellished with inlays perfectly flat. The result is a perfect incision with a clean cut and with the edges that do not fray, thanks to the heat from the laser ray that automatically welds the fibers themselves, avoiding that the fabric will slip off.

Tecnologia di applicazione sui tessuti Sensitive® Fabrics che consente di realizzare capi arricchiti con lavorazioni a intarsio dall’effetto perfettamente piatto. Il risultato è una incisione perfetta con un taglio netto e con i bordi che non sfilacciano, grazie al calore del raggio laser che salda automaticamente le fibre stesse, evitando che il tessuto si sfili.

❱ EMBOSSING It is a technique of relief printing that creates images and patterns on the Sensitive® Fabrics’ surface through the application of heat and pressure.

Embossing is a process which changes the nature of the material on which it is done. During the process of embossing, the surface of the embossed material raises adding a new tridimensional effect to the fabric. È una tecnica di lavorazione di stampa che crea immagini e disegni a rilievo direttamente sulla superficie dei tessuti Sensitive® Fabrics attraverso l’applicazione di calore e pressione. Si tratta di una tecnologia che cambia la natura del materiale su cui è fatto. Durante il processo di embossing la superficie si solleva assumendo un aspetto a rilievo, donando al tessuto un effetto tridimensionale.

TECHNOLOGIES

❱ FLOCKING Special finishing process that allows obtaining details with in relief velvet effect.

The synthetic fibers are applied directly on the ultra-flat surface of Sensitive® Fabrics, previously treated with the application of a specific adhesive. Through an electrostatic field, the fibers of flock penetrate into the layer of the adhesive oriented at right angles to the surface to flocking, thus obtaining a threedimensional effect compared to the smooth surface of the fabric.

Particolare processo di lavorazione che permette di ottenere dettagli con effetto velluto a rilievo. Vengono applicate delle fibre sintetiche direttamente sulla superficie ultrapiatta dei tessuti Sensitive® Fabrics, precedentemente trattata con l’applicazione di uno specifico collante. Tramite un campo elettrostatico le fibre di flock penetrano nello strato del collante orientandosi perpendicolarmente alla superficie da vellutare, ottenendo così un effetto tridimensionale rispetto alla superficie liscia del tessuto.
