MVHS - HOME OF THE MUSTANGS!
From the Principal…. Hello Mounds View Families, The weather is starting to cool a bit and as we enter the month of November, many wonderful things are on the horizon here at Mounds View High School.
Our fall activity season was a very successful one and we are excited and encouraged by the number of students already registered to participate in a sport or club November 5 “How To Succeed In Business this winter. At MVHS, we encourage all students to get Without Really Trying” involved, so, if your student has not yet found an activity, (1:00 pm & 7:00 pm) have him/her inquire with their dean and/or our activities director, Mr. Madison. During the month of November, our Student Council will sponsor a food drive with all donations going to the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf. We will have orchestra concerts on November 10 and 14 and our students will perform the musical, How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying from November 3-5. Besides these outstanding student performances, MVHS will also conduct our annual fall ACT practice assessment on November 12 with the accompanying ACT strategy session/results review on November 19. In closing, because our students have probably forgotten (insert sarcasm here), remind your student(s) that school will not be in session from November 21-25! Have a wonderful and thankful month. Respectfully,
Dr. Jeffery P. Ridlehoover Principal
