Our Story - Driving Forward
Our ethos here at Gerry Hill Car Sales has always been to provide exceptional service to our customers, whether that be car sales, a ersales or parts. We rmly believe that delivering a high quality of service is ultimately driven by having a highly trained and motivated team of individuals. As a privately owned independent business we are proud to have held the Toyota Service Franchise since 2007.
Centre Principal Abbi Downes told us - Over 25 years ago I vividly remember asking my then Manager if I could complete a Business Management training course, only to be told ‘I’m not paying out to train you so you can leave and take those skills and get a job elsewhere’. I vowed that when I was in a position to develop people’s skills and career, I would never deny anyone any opportunity to further themselves. In fact, I actively promote life-long learning. I try to practice what I preach, having just completed my Chartered Financial Advisor quali cation myself.

As a representative of the Toyota manufacturer, we have invested heavily in Technician development training and state of the art diagnostic equipment and infrastructure. With the advancement of Hybrid and Electric vehicle technology, vehicle maintenance and repair is changing at a rapid pace and keeping our team ahead of the curve is critical.
