ENGINEERED FLEX TECHNOLOGY (EFT) is designed to give a small amount of flex in the bars. Carefully selecting an inner wall thickness of 5mm through the rise and taper area of the bars helps to reduce the effects of jarring in large impacts whilst providing the rider maximum front-end feel in corners. engIneereD FLeX teChnoLogy

PROGRESSIVE DAMPING CONTROL (PDC) is created using a larger wall thickness of 5.3mm on the handlebar grip area, this has been calculated to balance and dampen against the effects of handlebar vibration. This is a similar principal to the handlebar weights used in sports bikes but is specifically designed and tested to suit the vibration range produced by modern high performance 4 stroke motocross bikes.

OVERSIZE TAPER EXTENSION (OTE) is a lengthening of the central oversize (28.6mm) section. Increasing the oversize section to run past the final bend in the handlebar adds significant strength to the weakest part of any handlebar, couple this with a 5mm wall thickness that stays consistent even on the outside of the bends and the F7 taper bars are some of the lightest yet strongest bars on the market.

A narrower alternative to the F8, with a constant 22.2mm diameter throughout the full length of the bar. F22 bars are manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminium to give the best strength and crash resistance.

ergonomIC FLeXIBLe rIDges

The ridges have been designed to promote the correct hand position for ultimate control. They’re closer together at the end of the grip to allow for the fact that the Distal, Middle and Digital creases get closer together on the last two fingers. This unique layout for the raised ridges has been calculated by taking mouldings of rider’s hands in the correct riding position. With our 3D printing technology we have been able to print, test and make adjustments to get the most accurate fit to suit most riders.

The RFX Lock-On grip features an elongated cut-out in the plastic clamp tube which reduces stress on the plastic and also allows the rubber to compress and push against the bar. This greatly increases the surface area that clamps onto the bar making a really secure fit and with the tube under less stress it’s also less likely to crack under impact.

The throttle and clamp tubes have been designed to reinforce the flange area meaning that an extra soft 15SA compound can be used for the grip area making it extra tacky for superior grip.

GRIPS LoCk on grIp

The RFX Lock-On grip has been CAD designed, prototyped and tested by our new RND team in conjunction with RFX sponsored riders. The ultra-low density 15 SA rubber compound and carefully placed ergonomic ridges that perfectly mirror the hand make for optimal grip and ensure the correct hand placement for maximum control around the racetrack.

It features a new and improved lock-on system for quick and easy installation. The cut-out in the lock-on tube has been elongated to increase the surface area that clamps onto the bars, this also squashes the rubber grip so that it pushes into the bar when clamped, providing even more adhesion to the bars compared with other lock-on grips that only clamp at the very end.

At the outside of the knurling the grip measures 29mm making it a nice thin grip as preferred by our pro racers, without compromising on material thickness to make it a strong and sturdy grip.

New for 2025 the Nanotube grip is dual-injection moulded with an ultra soft 15SA external honeycomb grip area for maximum comfort and vibration dampening combined with a harder 50 SA compound for the flange and internal grip area adding strength to the areas where it’s needed.

The honeycomb design is thick, soft and tacky for riders who want more comfort and feel from their grips, with a reduced diameter where the thumb and forefinger contact the grip ensuring you still get that thinner feel where it’s needed for maximum control. Pro Series Flexible Tips are CNC machined and feature a spring loaded rotatable tip which under impact such as in a rut will spin to reduce damage. The tip also features steel teeth to help grip in muddy conditions. Pro Series Flexible tips also incorporate a stop on the pivot tip, this stops the tip at 90 degrees of rotation preventing damage that can occur if the tip rotates under the clutch cover.

The dual button design allows rider preference in different conditions and features a new plunger which is machined further away to give greater clearance on new KTM models but also has extra reach to ensure max engagement. The hinged latch design eliminates snag on the rear of the fork guard by replacing the rear bolt with with two smaller bolts in the front.

The rotational force is transferred from the chain through to the bolts which then turns the wheel. Thinner gussets have been added to these areas under most stress. This adds strength, reinforcing the sprocket’s structure whilst keeping the additional material and weight to a minimum.

Each of the cutouts have a chamfered 45 degree edge which not only gives the sprocket a sleek, new look and helps with weight reduction, it also makes it harder for mud to collect in the gaps.

The teeth also have machined grooves which allows the mud to fall away instead of clogging in the chain.

There have been slight alterations to the teeth to ensure that the chain releases from the sprocket smoothly. As well as improving performance this also reduces wear, increasing chain and sprocket life.

7075-T6 is a very high strength aerospace aluminium alloy offering superior stress corrosion resistance.

The RFX Elite sprocket has been given a revamp, keeping all the old, proven features such as a solid inner ring and mud-clearing grooves in a brand-new, modern design that utilizes strengthening gussets to reinforce the sprocket, making it both strong and lightweight.

The chamfered edges on the weight-reducing cutouts not only give the sprocket a sleek new look, they also help with mud clearance and further reduce the weight without compromising the strength and structure of the sprocket. There are also some slight alterations to the teeth to ensure that the chain releases from the sprocket easily, reducing wear and increasing chain and sprocket life.

The wheel spacers reduce surface wear and minimise the amount of dirt entering the hub which in turn extends the life of the bearing.

RFX Tie Downs are designed to safely secure motorcycles in transit. WIth 25mm wide nylon webbing for added strength and a caribiner clip to quickly secure the tie down and remove the frustration of the hook being able to fall off the van eyelet prior to tightening the straps when securing the bike in place.

Each strap is 2m in length and features an extra extension loop which is useful for bikes with oversized bars.

This free-standing RFX stand has tiered arms to hold the full handlebar range in addition to eurohooks which can be used to display other items from the RFX range.

The centre graphic is interchangable so that it can be regularly updated. Supplied flat pack. It also has 4 heavy duty castors for easy manouvrability.

Slatwall graphics are supplies as 1300x600m vinyl sheets for easy application. A pack of 4 will fit one portait slatwall.

DIspLay stanD

The RFX Hardware Point of Sale Display Stand is 100cm wide with a height of 210cm. The stand is supplied with all the necessary hooks to dress the stand. The stand will arrive flat packed and some assembly will be required. Multiple stands can be connected side by side.
