The Lounge

The Lounge has been expertly designed to help passengers fully relax before their flight. Luxury facilities and contemporary aesthetics allow passengers to start their travels in comfort, with everything from food and drink to quiet relaxation areas to make the airport experience as enjoyable as possible. There is also an interactive play area for children, a 24-hour passenger service and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Airport Transit Hotel

Conveniently located within airport security checks and close to the departure gates, Sharjah Airport Hotel is the perfect choice for passengers in transit. The hotel is currently under maintenance and will reopen soon, offering competitive rates, comfortable rooms, business facilities, laundry, banking services and medical care, allowing customers to rest and relax during breaks in their journey.

Ideal for passengers with limited mobility, the elderly and children travelling alone, Hala Services’ helpful multilingual team offer passengers fast-track check-in and assistance from check-in to boarding.

Family-Friendly Facilities

Families are welcome to enjoy quality time together before boarding their flight at our modern family friendly seating area. Complimentary baby strollers are also available, allowing them to move around the airport with ease.

The Kids Play Area in the Departures hall is a dedicated zone where children can play safely under the supervision of qualified and experienced staff. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic this facility will not be available and will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.

Sharjah Airport also offers a range of dedicated facilities for passengers with limited mobility and the elderly passengers, including dedicated seating, smart gates, special escalators and wheelchairs. The airport also provides buses equipped with hydraulic apparatus to lift wheelchairs safely and transport them to the aircraft with efficiency and ease.

Surf the Web for Free

Passengers can surf the web for free using Sharjah Airport’s high speed unlimited Wi-Fi service, ‘Fly-Fi’, without the need to register.

Parking Facilities

Sharjah Airport’s passengers and visitors can avail of the fullyequipped and technologically advanced parking slots. Dedicated female parking areas are also available under the directives and vision of the government, and have proven to increase customer satisfaction levels.
