Allmänna regler

1.U6 Cycle Tour genomförs som nationell tävling enligt Svenska Cykelförbundets tävlingsregler samt de ytterligare regler som följer nedan. Trafikförordningen gäller och tävlande sker på egen risk. Cyklist som befinner sig bakom tävlingskaravanen måste vara extra uppmärksam på övrig trafik.

2.Brott mot någon av för denna tävling gällande regel begått av tävlande, lagledare eller medhjälpare kan medföra varning, tidsbestraffning, böter eller diskvalificering.

3.Beslut angående tävlingens genomförande åligger tävlingskommissarierna. Tävlingskommissarierna har rätt att diskvalificera tävlande, funktionär eller ledare utan att varning utdelats dessförinnan.

Speciella regler för U6 Cycle Tour som accepterats av samtliga deltagare

4.U6 Cycle Tour 2023, arrangerat av Cykelklubben U6, i enlighet med SCFs tävlingsregler, arrangeras den 10-15 juli och består av sex etapper för klasserna F10-12, P10-12, F13-14, P13-14, F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer och Herrar Elit Coming Bikers kör tempolopp under etapp 1, 5 och 6 utan sammanlagt resultat.

5.Deltagare ska vara väl insatt i och i dess helhet acceptera gällande tävlingsregler.

6.Deltagare ska utanför tävlingen acceptera och följa gällande trafikregler och vara ett föredöme för vår sport.

Utrustning

7.Heltäckande skyddshjälm med väl skyddande stoppning är obligatorisk och ska bäras under hela tävlingen.

8.För tävlande i klasserna F/P10-16 år är det inte tillåtet att använda cykel utrustad med kompakthjul, hjul med lösa skivor, hjul med färre än 12 ekrar, eller styre med båge eller armstöd och dylikt.

Fram– och bakhjul ska ha samma diameter. Bestämmelser för hjul följer UCIs regler för linjelopp.

Minimivikt på cykeln är 6,8 kg för samtliga tävlingsklasser.

Skivbromsar är tillåtna i samtliga tävlingsklasser.

General regulations

1.U6 Cycle Tour is run as a national race according to the regulations of the Swedish Cycling Federation and the regulations that follows below. Trafikförordningen (Swedish national traffic law) is applied and the participation is at the riders own risk. Riders dropping off and racing behind the race convoy have to be extra observant on other normal traffic.

2.Breach against any regulation for this race committed by a rider, manager or team-helper may cause penalty in the form of warning, time penalty, fine or disqualification.

3.Decisions about the race can be made by the commissaires. The commissaires are entitled to disqualify any competitor, manager, teamhelper or official without any warning has been given.

Special regulations for U6 Cycle Tour accepted by all participants

4.U6 Cycle Tour 2023, organised by Cykelklubben U6, according to the regulations of the Swedish Cycling Federation is organised 10th15th of July and consists of six stages for the categories F10-12, P10-12, F13-14, P13-14, F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer and Herrar Elit For Coming Bikers, there will be time trials at stage 1, 5 and 6 without a general classification.

5.The participants shall know the regulations well and accept all the regulations.

6.The participants shall accept and follow the traffic rules also when not competing and contribute to a good image for our sport.

Equipment

7.Rigid helmet with proper protective interior padding is compulsory and shall be worn during all stages.

8.For riders in F/P10-16 it is not allowed to use compact wheels, wheels with discs, wheels with less than 12 spokes, extentions to the steering system or rests for the elbows and forearms. Both wheels shall have the same diameter. The regulations for wheels on road races follow the regulations of the UCI. Minimum weight for the bike is 6,8 kg in all categories. Disc brakes are allowed in all categories.

9.Radiokommunikation mellan cyklister och lagledare är endast tillåten på tempoetapper för klasserna Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer och Herrar Elit.

10.Utväxlingsbestämmelser:

PF10-14: 6,69 m

PF15-16: 7,17 m

Övriga: fri utväxling

Spärrad växel är tillåten

11.Cyklisterna tilldelas en ryggnummerlapp och en målfotolapp, som ska bäras på samtliga etapper. Målfotolapp ska fästas på vänster sida, mitt på sömmen, och ej på cyklistens axel. Ryggnummerlapp ska fästas mitt bak. Nummerlapp tillhandahålls av arrangören och ska bäras väl synlig under hela tävlingen och får inte vikas, klippas eller minskas på något sätt.

Cyklisterna tilldelas också ramnummerlapp som ska fästas på cykeln så att den syns bäst från vänster sida. Ramnummerlapp ska återlämnas till kansliet efter etapp 6. Ramnummerlapp behöver inte bäras på etapp 1 och 6. Vid behov kan extra nummerlappar köpas på kansliet för 50 kr.

Transponder ska bäras på cykelns framgaffel på samtliga etapper. Ej återlämnad lånad/hyrd transponder debiteras med 2000 SEK.

Klassificeringar

12.Individuell tävling: Samtliga klasser. Cyklist med den lägsta sammanlagda tiden efter samtliga etapper och efter det att eventuell strafftid lagts till och bonus dragits ifrån är segrare i den individuella tävlingen.

Vid lika placering i det individuella sammandraget läggs cyklistens delar av sekund från tempoetapper till den sammanlagda tiden. Skiljer inte detta åt ska platssiffra sammanräknad från samtliga etapper avgöra. Om dessa är lika ska resultatet på sista etappen avgöra.

13.Lagtävling: Klasserna F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer och Herrar Elit. Lag med den lägsta sammanlagda lagtiden efter samtliga etapper är segrare i lagtävlingen.

Lagtiden baseras på de tre bästa tiderna bland lagmedlemmarna på varje etapp. Strafftid inräknas i lagtiden medan bonus ej inräknas. Vid lika placering avgör i första hand antalet etappsegrar i lagtävlingen, och därefter antal andraplatser, tredjeplatser osv på etapp.

9. Radio communication between riders and team managers is only allowed on time trial stages for the categories Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer and Herrar Elit.

10.Gear ratios:

PF10-14 6,69 m

PF15-16 7,17 m

Other categories free

Blocked gear is allowed.

11.The riders get one race number, one photo finish number and one frame plate. The race number and the photo finish number shall be worn on all stages. The photo finish number shall be worn on the left hand side and the normal race number back in the middle. The numbers shall be worn clearly visible during the whole race and it is not allowed to diminish, fold or change them The frame plate shall be attached on the bike in the way that it is clearly visible from the left hand side. The frame plate shall be returned to the race office after stage 6. If needed, extra race numbers can be bought at the race office fro 50 SEK. The transponder shall be used on all stages and put on the front fork. Not returned borrowed/rented transponders will be charged with 2000 SEK.

Classifications

12.Individual classification: All categories. The rider with the lowest total time after all stages, after any time penalties have been added and any bonifications have been deducted is the winner of the individual classification. With equal results in the general classification, parts of a second from stage 1 and 6 are added to the total time. If this does not part the riders, the total number of placings from all stages shall determine. If these are equal shall the result from the last ridden stage determine.

13. Team classification: In the categories F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer och Herrar Elit. The team with the lowest total time of the team after all stages is the winner in the team classification. The time of the team is based on the three first best times on each stage. Time penalties are included in the time of the team, but bonifications are not included. In case of equal times the number of first places in the team classification determines and thereafter number of second places, third places etc on the stage.

14.Poängtävling: Klasserna F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer och Herrar Elit.

Poäng utdelas enligt följande: Etapp 1-6: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 poäng till de främsta. Cyklist med den sammanlagt högsta poängen efter samtliga etapper är slutsegrare i poängtävlingen.

Vid lika placering avgör i första hand antalet etappsegrar och därefter antal andraplatser, tredjeplatser osv på varje etapp.

15.Bästa U23: Klassen Herrar Elit. Beräknas på samma sätt som individuell tävling och omfattar cyklister födda 2001-2004.

16.Bästa Damjunior: Klassen Damer. Beräknas på samma sätt som individuell tävling och omfattar cyklister födda 2005-2006, eller yngre cyklister med dispens.

Tidtagning, bonus

17.Bonustiden som frånräknas etapptiden för de fem främsta cyklisterna på etapp 2 5 är 10-8-6-4-2 sekunder. Bonusen syns i det sammanlagda resultatet efter etappen.

18.Delar av sekund som noteras på tempoetapper inräknas inte i sammandraget, utan stryks. (undantag: se punkt 12).

19.På linjeetapper delas klungor då det skiljer en sekund eller mer från en cyklists bakhjul (punkten längst bak på hjulet) till nästa cyklists framhjul (främsta punkten på hjulet).

20.För etapp 5 gäller att cyklist som varvas plockas av banan och tilldelas beräknad tid.

21.Regeln om incidenter inom etappens sista 3 km tillämpas från den plats där skylten är placerad.

22.Etapp 3 avslutas uppför och regeln om incidenter inom de 3 sista km tillämpas inte på denna etapp.

23.Ingen tidsgräns tillämpas. Tävlande som bryter en etapp tilldelas den sämst placerade cyklistens tid i berörd klass plus en (1) minut och får starta på nästkommande etapp. För klasserna Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer och Herrar Elit tilldelas cyklist som bryter den sämst placerade cyklistens tid i berörd klass pluss fem (5) minuter och får starta på nästkommande etapp.

14. Points classification: In the categories F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer and Herrar Elit. The points awarded are as follows: Stage 1-6: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 points to the first ten riders. The rider with the highest number of points after all stages is the winner of the points classification. In case of equal points, the number of stage victories determines, and thereafter the number of second places etc on each stage.

15.Best U23: In the category Herrar Elit. Calculated in the same way as the individual classification and includes riders born 20012004.

16.Best Women Junior: In the category Damer. Calculated in the same way as the individual classification and includes riders born 20052006, or younger riders with dispensation.

Timekeeping, bonifications

17. The bonifications on stage 2-5 are for the first 5 riders: 10-8-6-4-2 seconds. The bonification will be visible in the general classification after the stage.

18.Parts of a second noted on time trial stages are not included in the general classification. (Exception: see point 12).

19.On the road race stages, the pelotons are divided when the difference between two riders is one second or more (from the back wheel of one rider to the front wheel to the following rider).

20.On stage 5, lapped riders will be taken off the course and given a calculated time.

21.The regulation about incidents within the last 3 kms is applied from the place where the sign “3 km” is placed.

22.Stage 3 finishes uphill and the regulation about incidents within the last 3 kms is not applied on this stage.

23.There is no time limit on the stages. A rider that abandons a stage is given the last time in the category plus one (1) minute and is allowed to start on next stage. For riders in the categories Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer and Herrar Elit, a rider that abandons a stage is given the last time in the category plus five (5) minutes and is allowed to start on next stage.

Start

24. Chipkontroll och incheckning genomförs inför varje start där det är möjligt.

25.Alla cyklister måste starta på alla etapper för att kunna fortsätta i tävlingen.

26.Startintervall på etapp 1 är 30 sekunder.

27.Startordning för etapp 6 fastställs efter etapp 5 och baseras på sammanlagt resultat individuellt efter etapp 5 i omvänd ordning. Startintervall i klass F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer och Herrar Elit är 1 minut för de 20 sist startande i respektive klass, övriga 30 sekunder. Startintervall i klass F10-12, P10-12, F13-14 och P13-14 är 30 sekunder.

Tävlingsbanan

28. Tävlingsbanan är uppmärkt med gula skyltar med svarta pilar vid sidan av vägen.

29.Fast langning är endast tillåten i langningszonen. Klasser där langning är tillåten meddelas av tävlingsjuryn i jurykommuniké.

30.Skräp får endast kastas i uppmärkta skräpzoner.

31.Cyklister får inte passera mållinjen i någon riktning då de inte tävlar.

Service

32. Förening/lag i klasserna F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer och Herrar Elit har rätt att köra med egen servicebil. Det går bra att dela servicebil mellan flera föreningar/lag. Anmälan om servicebil görs online via formulär på www.u6cycletour.se, eller i tävlingskansliet absolut senast söndagen den 9 juli.

Samtliga servicebilar ska vara utrustade med radiokommunikation för att kunna ta del av kommissaries information. Radioapparater kan hyras för 500 kr. Egen radioutrustning kan också användas.

På etapp 5 sker service från två fasta depåer längs banan, för lagservice. Respitvarv är inte tillåtet.

33.På etapp 6 får lagledare köra med egen servicebil efter de sista 20 cyklisterna i F1516, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer och Herrar Elit. Skylt till servicebil hämtas i kansliet under lördagen den 15 juli.

Start

24. Check of transponders and check-in will be done when possible.

25.All riders have to start on all stages to maintain in the race.

26.Start interval on stage 1 is 30 seconds.

27.The start order for stage 6 is based on the individual general classification after stage 5, in the reversed order. Start interval in the categories F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer and Herrar Elit is 1 minute for the 20 last starting riders in each category, for the other riders: 30 seconds. Start interval in the categories F10-12, P10-12, F13-14 and P13-14 is 30 seconds.

Race course

28. The race course is marked by yellow signs with black arrows next to the road.

29.Fixed feeding is only allowed the feeding zone. The categories where feeding is allowed will be communicated by the commissaires’ panel via communique.

30.Waste is allowed to throw in the marked waste zones.

31.Riders are not allowed to pass the finish line in any direction when out of competition.

Service

32. Clubs/Teams in the categories F15-16, P1516, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer and Herrar Elit can have their own team car. It is allowed to share car between teams. Registration of the service car should be done online via a form on www.u6cycletour.se, or in the race office, absolutely at latest Sunday 9th of July.

All team cars shall be equipped with radio receivers to be able to take part of the information given by the commissaires. Radio can be rented for a fee of 500 SEK.

On stage 5, there will be two service pits along the course. It is not allowed to wait one lap.

33. On stage 6, team managers can use their team car to follow the last 20 riders in the categories F15-16, P15-16, Herrar Juniorer, Herrar Seniorer, Damer and Herrar Elit. Signs to cars can be picked up in the race office during Saturday 15th of July.

34.I de klasser där lagservice är tillåten finns ingen neutral service. I klasserna F/P10-12 och F/P13-14 har föreningar möjlighet att köra neutral service med max tre bilar per klass på etapp 2, 3 och 4. De föreningar som är intresserade av att ställa upp på detta anmäler detta till kansliet, senast måndagen den 10 juli.

Priser

35. Etappriser: Till de tre främsta i varje klass samt för sammanlagd ledare i individuell klassificering, poängtävling, bästa damjunior, samt bästa U23 i Herrar Elit efter etappen. Dessa ska efter målgång omgående infinna sig i ceremonitältet som finns i anslutning till prispodiet. Om samma cyklist leder flera klassificeringar i klassen delas tröjan ut till tvåan i den lägre prioriterade klassificeringen, och även denna cyklist ska då infinna sig till prisceremonin.

37.Arrangören har rätt att hålla inne priser till tävlande som vinner större priser, t ex etappsegrare, om de inte fullföljer tävlingen eller infinner sig vid prisutdelning.

38.Tävlingsjuryn har, efter samråd med arrangören rätt att reducera eller helt hålla inne priser för sådan tävlande vars uppträdande inte är i överensstämmelse med bestämmelserna för U6 Cycle Tour.

Kansli

39.Tävlingens kansli finns vid målområdet samtliga tävlingsdagar. Söndagen den 9 juli finns kansliet utanför Sparbankshallen, Östra Ringvägen 41 i Tidaholm. Kansliet är öppet enligt följande: söndag 14:00 21:00 måndag-lördag under tävlingstid

40. Kommissarier och målchef kommer finnas tillgängliga i juryrummet vid Hellidens Folkhögskola vid följande tider: måndag-fredag: kl 20:00

Vid dessa tillfällen kan lagledare komma med synpunkter och frågor angående resultat, regler och övriga ämnen som rör tävlingen.

34.In the categories where team cars are allowed, there are no neutral vehicles. In the categories F10-12, P10-12, F13-14 and P13-14 clubs can contribute with neutral service cars with a maximum of three cars per category on stage 2, 3 and 4. The clubs can report their interest to do this to the race office, at latest on Monday the 10th of July.

Prizes

35.Stage prizes: to the first three riders in each category and to the leader in the general classification and the points classification after the stage. In Damer also to the best Junior in the general classification after the stage and in Herrar Elit to the best U23-rider after the stage. If the same rider is in the lead of several classifications the jersey will be awarded the second placed rider in the classification, and this rider is also required to be present at the ceremony. These riders are requested to go to the ceremony tent immediately after the finish.

37. The organizer has the right to withdraw prizes (i.e stage wins) from participants that abandon the race or are not present at the prize ceremonies.

38.The commissaires’ panel together with the organizer can decide to reduce or completely withdraw prizes to participants whose behaviour is not in accordance with the regulations for U6 Cycle Tour.

Race office

39. The race office is located at the finish area on all stages. On Sunday 11th of July the race office is located outside Sparbankshallen, Östra Ringvägen 41, Tidaholm. The opening hours for the race office are:

Monday-Saturday: during the race

40. The commissaires and the finish judge will be available in the jury room at Hellidens Folkhögskola Monday Friday at 20:00. At these occasions the team managers and riders have the possibility to ask questions, have opions about results, decisions and other subjects concerning the race.

Prisceremoni

Samtliga pristagare (enligt artikel 35) ska inom fem minuter efter målgång infinna sig vid det vita ceremonitältet, intill prispodiet.

Regler:

· Ni ska bära tävlingsdräkt

· Solglasögon får endast bäras uppe på huvudet/pannan, ej framför ögonen

· Det är inte tillåtet att ha med sig något annat upp på prispodiet, som t ex cykel, cykelflaska eller dylikt

Ceremoniordning

Uppställning i följande ordning: 3:e plats, 1:a plats, 2:a plats, gula tröjan, poängtröjan, damjunior/U23-tröjan.

· Inmarsch börjar när musiken börjar spela, placera er bakom prispallen.

· Pris till 3:an

Prize ceremony

All prize-winners (according to article 35) must present themselves within five minutes after the finish at the white tent next to the prize podium.

Rules:

· You must wear race attire

· Sunglasses may only be worn on the top of the head /forehead, not in front of the eyes.

· It is not allowed to bring anything else up to the podium, such as bicycles, bicycle bottles or similar.

Order of ceremony

Line up in the following order: 3rd place, 1st place, 2nd place, yellow jersey, blue ponts jersey, pink WJ/U23 jersey

· The march-in begins when the music starts playing, position yourself behind the podium

· Prize for 3rd place

· Prize for 2nd place

· Prize for 1st place

· Leader jerseys are handed out in this order: Yellow, Blue (points), Pink (WJ/U23)

· Pommac
