Patient Experience Forum & E-LEARNING MODULES

Compass One Healthcare updates its Patient Experience Forum on weekly basis. It can be found on the MyCompass Portal. You and your staff are encouraged to participate, ask questions, share best practices, create new threads, and answer questions based on your prior experiences on a variety of subjects related to Food and Nutrition Services and patient satisfaction.

In addition to the Patient Experience Forum, Compass conducts monthly Patient Experience e-Learning Modules. These modules have ranged in topics from third party vendor refreshers to having engaging Power Plates with nursing. They are released via MyLMS and we encourage you to view newly released modules within 30 days of the release date. Our e-Learning Modules are yet another way Compass One Healthcare seeks to share best practices across all of our accounts.
