While many musicians end up in Las Vegas at some point in their careers, few get their start here. The exception, Panic! At The Disco, who bring their Death of a Bachelor Tour back to their hometown. The group even started work on their second album “Pretty. Odd.” at nearby Mount Charleston and recorded the album at the Studio at the Palms. Whether it’s showcasing cherry blossoms, Japanese architecture, the frosty confines of winter (with playful polar bears and penguins to boot), leaves changing into the radiant colors of autumn or the unfolding beauty of spring, the Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens offer up some of the prettiest Instagram-worthy sights in Las Vegas.

Four different gardens decked out in more than 20,000 flowers, trees and plants give visitors an excuse to update their Facebook photos with a beauty of a background. The decor changes from the joy of Chinese New Year and the Year of the Rooster to a spring setting midway through the month. As always, the botanical gardens and conservatory is free and open 24 hours a day.

Challenging Course

Designed by architect Bert Stamps in 1961, the Las Vegas National Golf Course is one of the most historic in town; in addition to hosting numerous LPGA and PGA events, it was the site where Tiger Woods carded a 1-under par 70 (his highest of the tournament) on the way to capturing his first PGA Tour victory in 1996. Palm, pine, and olive trees protect the well-bunkered greens and lush fairways. This exquisite championship golf course is located only two miles from the Strip and the Las Vegas Convention Center.
