SINATRA HAT AT SINATRA Head to Frank Sinatra’s namesake restaurant at Encore for a clever take on chocolate mousse—the Sinatra Hat. Executive chef Theo Schoenegger used to cook for the Sinatra at San Domenico in New York and still features many of his favorite dishes on the menu.

A: You have to take a selfie with The Chandelier at the Cosmopolitan. The sparkling crystals will be your background and the lighting will make you look like a million bucks.

Q: Where should I eat if I want to celebrate a special occasion?

A: I love Estiatorio Milos. The semi-private dining room overlooking the Strip is a great way celebrate any occasion. It is classy and beautiful with the lights of the busy Strip lighting the room. You can also choose to pull back the sheers on the windows if you want to be seen or keep them closed for more privacy.

Q: What’s the craziest request you’ve ever had from a guest?

A: We get many crazy requests. I think one of the most random requests we have had was when a guest requested a monkey and a mariachi band to play in the room for a birthday party. Oftentimes guests want the “Hangover” experience until they realize the cost.

A: For the adult crowd, “Absinthe” is the best. I also enjoy “Le Rêve—The Dream” and recommend that to many guests as it is a great option for all ages.
