Available is a package of 3 conventional embryos from our matriarch Susie 215C cow, she is the first female Beth and I bought together from the Plank Simmental Farm dispersal sale. At the time of sale Susie had a powerful Stockmarket E119 bull calf on her side, that went on to be the high indexing Red Angus bull in the 2023 MI Bull Test, and who’s recent EPDs have 13 columns above the 35th percentile, 7 of those being in the 20th percentile or higher for the breed. This pairing brings together all around performance from the maternal and terminal aspects, so there is no going wrong when these calves hit the ground. Embryo collection was completed at Remuda Vet Center by Doc James, and we had 100% conception and full-term pregnancies within our recip group, calving out 9 healthy ET calves during the first week of December, 2024.

HF Serena 74Y has cemented her status as a top Simmental dam with over $3 million in lifetime sales. Ranked third on the Simmental Most Prolific Dam List, she’s produced champions and high sellers, including the $1.2 million sire STCC Tecumseh. Her recent daughters sold for $100,000 and $220,000, with 24 Karat daughters averaging $70,800. Highlights include State Fair Champions, the ASA Show Heifer of the Year, and the reigning NAILE Champion. With her passing, chances to secure her genetics are limited—don’t miss this opportunity to build on her legendary legacy.
CHEZ STCC Miley 5034C “The Bear” has stepped out of HF Serena’s shadow to build her own legacy. She is the dam of STCC Black Bear, the $40,000 top seller of the Turn Out Time Bull Sale, and a $50,000 Tejas daughter who was champion at the 2023 Fort Worth Stock Show. Her progeny include a $40,000 Reserve Champion Simmental at the 2017 Hoosier Beef Congress and a son by Style that sold for $11,250. Over 8 years, her offspring have consistently delivered results, with three daughters averaging $16,167 in 2019 and seven daughters averaging $7,700 in 2024. Don’t miss your chance to benefit from her proven genetics with embryos by TL Revenant.
PSCS Alley’s Lady 303G is a promising addition to our donor lineup, with her first embryo crop drawing significant attention in 2023. A daughter by FRKG Victory topped the 2023 TF Top Ten Sale at $25,000, proving 303G’s potential early on. Our investment in her is already paying off, and now you can benefit too. Don’t miss the chance to secure embryos sired by FRKG Alpha, the $700,000 recordselling STCC Tecumseh son, and capitalize on this exciting genetic opportunity!

What more could be said about the remarkable Bar-E-L Erica 74A! Still to this day she walks around like she is a 3-year-old with an accomplishment list longer than any other producing female noted from Canada. Her popularity continues to grow obviously and here are just a few of the reasons why. Erica 11J (daughter) was champion angus female at CWA ‘23 and 10 days later sold for $150,000 half interest to ZWT. At the same show she was also responsible for the $118,000 Alpine bull who topped the CWA All Star sale. Amongst others this was just a taste of what 74A has been doing. Recently one IVF cycle was sold for $40,000 and $72,500 and we are proud to offer these embryos in the Elite Sale. We have searched long and hard on what sire to mate Erica 74A to and we feel the 2 listed bulls are that and more. For the first time ever in Michigan, you can obtain genetics from the $360,000 Bedrock bull who has all the bells and whistles. Also, the popular Prolific bull who is also the sire of Bedrock whose progeny are surfacing as the breed’s best. In short, use Erica 74A in your program. She is not only a breed changer, but a program enhancer.

Hazel 614 has been special since the day she arrived in MI from 3R cattle in IA! We showed her as a market heifer and she was a several time Champion and made a couple top five market animal line ups! But we knew her best days would be in the pasture! We split the flush to Business Done Right and Made to Order. To date one calf from each mating has been born and we are beyond thrilled with what these calves are. The BDR is a heifer that has been retained and the M2O is the steer pictured- he was a stand out at 3R cattle in IA this fall! We are offering buyers choice of 3 Made to Order Male IVF Embryos or 3 One for All unsexed IVF Embryos. We feel that One for All is the hottest and best Maine Bull on the market and will make high end progeny when mated to Hazel! Donor is THC PHAF DSC.

He has sired National Champions at Jr. Nationals and Fall Majors consistently over the past few years. Backed by an incredible young cow that is great bodied, awesome necked and huge footed. Her first heifer calf sells for $7,000 in 2023 and her 2nd is a bull to be retained for A.I promotion. She was selected as the 2024 Grand Champion Red Angus Cow/Calf Pair at the World Beef Expo in Wisconsin. Bid until you own them, this mating is sure to be a money maker.

When the kids approached us about showing heifers, we decided to utilize this shopping opportunity to bring home to CBF some of the very best and most consistent elite genetics possible. I put together a “hit list”of donors with nationally known names that we wanted some daughters from, and RJ’s 422 was at the top of that list. Today, we feel very fortunate to own a female from such a prominent cow family and her first group of ET calves in 2024 were no disappointment. RJ Dream Maker 060J is the flush full sib to Goretska Show Steers [Sara Sullivan’s] 2022 AJSA National Classic Champion & 2022 NAILE Champion, RJ Horny. We are excited to offer an embryo package on our BMW ACE 408E Donor. ACE certainly earned her keep during her show career, claiming Champion Cow/Calf Pair honors at the 2019 Chi Jr Nationals, following her class win in 2018, and securing Reserve Division Champion at the 2018 NAILE Sim Solution show. Although we all like to win shows, we realize it’s her genetic foundation that truly sets her apart. Sired by the legendary MR HOC BROKER and out of MS ROCKN ACE 36U – a name that needs no introduction to the Chianina breed. ACE 36U, the 2009 Chi Jr Nationals Champion Female, has been a cornerstone of the Winegardner program, consistently producing elite progeny that have shaped the breed. This offering features 3 Grade 1 IVF embryos, sexed male, combining the maternal excellence of the ACE cow family with HERE I AM’s proven ability to sire champions. The HERE I AM x BROKER cross continues to dominate major steer shows nationwide. This is the first opportunity to access genetics on this donor! HR Cattle
Proven and consistent mating that combines some of the most dominant genetics in the Angus and Simmental breeds. Averaging $15,000 over the past two sale seasons, SAM has worked extremely well on Lucy 6013 and daughters have gone on to compete at the highest level.
34F is a cow that you will be hearing a lot more from in the near future. One of the most impressive purebred Simmental cows we have ever seen. Incredible structure, design and body, she is a can’t miss donor in the pasture. She produced a $20,000 daughter that highlighted the 2024 Seldom Rest Production Sale! Caelen is a gem! He has a great look, disposition, and $Value EPDs, along with an exceptional 78 pound actual birth weight. He was easy to work with when halter breaking and will fit well in a limited maintenance setting, but is used to being handled up close. Caelen’s maternal granddam is still in the herd at 14 and will calve AI in March again this year. His three-year-old dam has a great udder. Females in his maternal line have had exceptional longevity with great feet and legs and high-quality udders. EPDs of Note: $E -10(35%) $M +89(5%)
On The Brink is an outstanding calving ease specialist who ranks among the top 10% for $F, $B, and $C all while maintaining a balanced and functional design. Truly a massive individual with overwhelming rib shape and dimension that carries back to a big square hip. 80M is perhaps the most intriguing consignment Seldom Rest has ever made to the Michigan Beef Expo. You won’t want to miss him!
Watchman is a maternal brother to our 2017 Champion Angus bull at the Michigan Beef Expo that was the high seller at 7,000 to Boss Lake in Alberta. He is a bull that seamlessly combines an abundance of power, depth of body, a very soft athletic stride with more than enough performance and muscle to get excited about. Combine all of that with a -.4 BW EPD and you have heifer safe bull that will produce females with high maternal value and masculine sons that will be easily marketed. His maternal grandsire, Dunlouise Jipsey Earl from Scotland has consistently produced masculine bulls that possess large scrotal, docile temperament, and great longevity. Watchman’s paternal sister, STF Ellie 69M also selling in this year’s Beef Expo will make you appreciate this tremendous young sire even more.
This one is phenomenal! Revelation has an impeccable structure and design and is loaded with true muscle and shape. He is the heaviest weaning weight bull (914 lbs.) ever produced at Barker Creek/Ventura Farm. Sired by the highly regarded Dear Valley Growth Fund and out of a Confidence Plus daughter. Actual birthweight: 78 lbs. His growth and Value EPDs rank in the top 30% or better of the population. Genetically enhanced EPD and ultrasound information will be available at the sale.
105 LA TRADEMARK VICTOR EM 524
Victor will be a good bull to use on mature cows, with good growth and frame for a yearling. He had an actual birth weight of 92 pounds, but has a great shoulder shape and a +.3 BW EPD. Other EPDs of note are: Claw +.33 (5%), Angle +.34 (4%), HS +.15 (10%), HP +19.9 (2%), CEM +12 (15%), $M +94 (3%). Angus GS highlights include: WW 11, FS Claw 3, FS Angle 3, HS 3, HP 1, CEM 7, CW 14, Tenderness 10. Longevity in this family is exceptional with his grandmother calving again this year at 15 years of age. Victor has a direct maternal line to our first Schiefelbein heifer.
Lutchka Angus
Stout and rugged describes this bull! I couldn’t be more excited for the future of this young bull and feel he will add value to any program. He has a ton of shape and dimension while still being soft structured, huge centered with added length of body. “BPB Let the Good Times Roll” comes from a family that is no stranger to hanging banners. His Dam was the 2022 MI SHOWS champion Angus heifer. In addition, he is the maternal sib to the 2024 Michigan Beef Expo champion Angus heifer. He is a very docile, yet a highly functional bull that will meet your breeding needs in whatever direction you decide to use him for!

Here is an age advantage sire that has an intriguing pedigree on top and bottom that include heavy hitter sires like First Class and Blue Chip. His correct build starts on a good foot allowing him to remain structurally sound, while still obtaining a smooth build from the side. Use 2282’s profile and build to infuse more look and structural soundness into a cow base all while stacking prominent pedigrees.
This girl definitely hit the ground running. Lisa was about three gates and 100 yards away when she saw the calf hit the ground and by the time she got to her Sassy was up nursing. The calves out her sire have had exceptional vigor. She has a good balance of production and carcass EPDs supported by great genomic numbers(Angus GS) including CW 19, Marb 10, RE 2, FAT 1, and Tenderness 8. Her EPDs would predict her to be a large and heavy cow, but her mother is small to moderate and very thick. Her actual birth weight was 84 pounds. This baby girl has a direct maternal line back to the first Schiefelbein heifer that we purchased in 1974.
69M has been a favorite of many throughout the year. Her sire, SMA Watch Me 613 has been one of the lead herd bulls at Single Tree and is a full brother to the 2016 NWSS Champion Angus Bull SMA Watch Out 482 owned by Conley and Cates. Watch Me produced the high selling female at Hale Farms this fall out of a Primo X KNC Cabin Creek Sandy 804 for 10,000 that we purchased. We have retained numerous females by Watch Me and year after year they sort their way to the top of our heifer sets. They have had great udders, are easy fleshing, fertile, docile and just very balanced useful cattle that do their job and allow you to be profitable. I think very highly of this young heifer. Her maternal sister sired by Brooking Banknote sold to G&G Cattle Company as our high selling bred heifer in 2022, 2 maternal brothers have sold to Fitzner Farms, and another Maternal brother sired by May Way Breakout is currently in use for us. She has a unique pedigree that combines American, Canadian, and Scottish genetics. The Ellie’s are predictable and this incredible heifer, in my opinion, is the best one yet. Single Tree Farms will be retaining 1 successful flush of 6 embryos at the buyer’s convenience and seller’s expense
This girl is thick! Diana has a nice combination of EPDs with a +81(15%) WW and a +145(15%) YW, supported by Angus GS genomic numbers of 17(WW) and 11(YW). Her management EPDs match her cow family with Doc +23, Claw +.41(20%). Angle +.37(10%), HS +.30(20%) correspond with similar genomic values (Doc(15) Claw(15) Angle(7) PAP(27) HS(16). An additional bonus is a genomic value of 9 for Tenderness. Both her dam and granddam are feminine, correct, and excellent mothers with great feet and udders. She has a direct maternal line back to an MSU Freestate 343 daughter (that Lisa purchased in 1977), the progenitor (with the bull Craft Lucky Strike) of our Diana and Lenore cow families. Actual birthweight: 88 lbs.
111 SELDOM REST LUCY 4087
A late March show heifer prospect from one of the most proven families in the Seldom Rest program. A daughter of Seldom Rest Lucy 6013, the Reserve Grand Champion of the 2017 NAILE Jr Angus Show, and Grand Champion of the 2018 WNAF Jr and Open Shows, Atlantic National Jr and Open Show and NJAS Cow Calf Show for the Coleman family. Exceptional balance and eye appeal in this Blue Chip daughter that commands your attention and can compete at any level as well as adding value as an influential breeding piece in any program.
112 LA WARRANTY VICTORIA 1024
Victoria(Tori) is a beautiful phenotype cow to add to your herd. She had an actual birth weight of 84 pounds that is offset by a +11 CED and a -.6 BW, both in the top 15% of the breed; this is supported by her genomic(Angus GS) values of 19(CED) and 16(BW). She combines high milk with a low $E value of -2(top 20%). She should mature as a moderate cow with an exceptional udder and longevity. She has an excellent disposition, was easy to halter break, and will be an excellent addition to a small herd. Her dam has an exceptional udder and is just an all-round lovely cow with a direct maternal line to our first Schiefelbein heifer.

I am confident that this fescue adapted heifer has the propensity to make lasting improvements within any producer’s herd.

Complete is how we would describe this May 1OAK daughter who is a dual registered Chi and Maintainer. She’s soft legged, flexible in her skeleton, bold ribbed, stout featured, and offers a captivating look up front. Look for this female to add quality to any herd as we believe that she can be bred a variety of different ways. Breed her maternally to make fancy, bold show heifers, or breed her clubby to make those ultra cool, stout show steers. Not to mention her added hair and quiet disposition make her a promising show prospect for any aged showman.

2345 is an athletic, age-advantaged son out of the Lucy donor, who has served as the cornerstone of our Hereford program for the past decade. A full brother is currently working at DeLong Cattle Co. This will likely be the last Lucy son to ever sell!
Here is a bull ready to work. He is a coming two-year-old out of a Church hill Red bull dam, and KJ 968 R Polled Solution 668Z. Polled Solution is out of MSU TCF Revolution 4R, he won his division at the National Western as a calf but had an injury and semen was limited. He was raised by the Jensen Brother’s from Kansas. His mother is out of Church Hill Red Bull 200Z, a bull that is known for producing brood cows. She was Grand Champion Cow/calf pair at the Indiana Preview Show and the Indiana State Fair. This bull is long, stout, and sound. If you need to add some length and power to your herd, don’t miss out on this bull.
Power and purple are in the blood with this young female, Showtime Cattle CO need no introduction to the Hereford breed and this heifer is lined with showtime on top and bottom, Mother was a many time champion female for Lindsey and Grand dam was a many time champion in Indiana not to mention the reserve overall finish at Indiana stock show, we foresee “Kav Ella 102” to have an exciting and successful 2 year show career!

This flashy and docile bull will turn heads when he enters the ring with the loud color and power he carries. The white color with a splash of red will make him unique and go unnoticed. In addition, to making this an excellent show specimen, he will in turn make a great breeding prospect with low birth weight. Moreover, this bull is so docile you can do anything with him and his 4-year-old girl adores him every day. Lastly, he for sure is double clean with THF, PHAF, and DS pending.

Definitely a hard bred to part with but we know she will be a great asset to her new owners. “Miss Springs” stems from the Caffee Ranch in Wessington Springs, SD and was an extremely successful show heifer during the 2021/2022 show season. And as a cow, she has yet to miss! We have been fortunate enough to retain two red baldy females in our herd and feel the calf she is carrying now might even be the best one yet!

This March born bull is powerful yet graceful and he flaunts it! His dam is a cherry red tank out of the great W/C Bankroll 811D and Sullivan’s Chrystal Judy donor. He is soggy and smooth on his feet just like his sire GCC JBCC Harvest Moon 313K. He is proof heterosis works and will make a tremendous herd sire that can produce the front pasture type. Don’t miss this opportunity!

“Barbie” as we call her, is a super cool May born heifer that has a lot of correct pieces to add to any program! She has such a pretty front third, big middle, and just a complete and sound overall structure. Her dam was competitive in the Chi division and hung banners when shown by us and we feel that this heifer is just as good if not better! Add her to your program and you won’t be disappointed.

709 MF 486 STACIE TIDE 1809 ET
A registered Hereford cow with a remarkable pedigree Stacie x Roll Tide. Her dam (pictured) is at the heart of the McDonald herd, and she wouldn’t be available if she had settled AI. She weaned off one of the heaviest calves last year. She’s the sound, easy going, easy keeping kind that will put a check in the bank every fall. Stacie Tide is confirmed pregnant - a guaranteed black baldie calf.
