Shaheedah Hill is a former high school Business and Computer Science teacher with a Master’s Degree in Business Education—and a licensed Realtor since 2003. With over two decades of experience and a lifelong passion for education, Shaheedah brings clarity and confidence to every real estate transaction. She’s not just helping clients buy homes—she’s helping them understand the process every step of the way.

In 2019, just before the pandemic, she launched her real estate YouTube channel under what would become her signature brand: ConfidentlyClosed™. What began as a few helpful videos quickly grew into a nationally recognized platform with millions of views and over 230,000 subscribers.

Her mission is clear: to help Americans “Get Over the HILL to Homeownership™” and Confidently Close™ on their first home.

Shaheedah has been featured on Zillow and named one of the Top 5 Realtors to Watch on YouTube, celebrated for her ability to break down complex real estate topics and empower first-time buyers with the knowledge they need to succeed.

She lives in Metro Atlanta with her husband and two children, continuing to educate, inspire, and serve buyers nationwide through ConfidentlyClosed™, real estate services, and social media.
