When I am stressed cat pose helps me calm down.

When things are “mooving� too fast, cow pose helps me to slow down.

When the letters are slithering around, cobra pose helps me settle down.

When all the words are chirping in my head, pigeon pose quiets the noise.
No one is just like me, but that makes me unique! 6
When my thoughts are running around, lizard pose helps them stay in place.

When reading gets “ruff�, down dog cheers me up.
No one is just like me, but that makes me unique! 8
