This is Mindy.

Mindy gets sad and mad very easily.

Mindy doesn’t know what to do when this happens.

Fully is Mindy’s imaginary friend.

Fully LOVES to play with Mindy and help her when she is feeling down.

One day, a little girl wanted to play with Mindy’s toy.

Mindy does not like to share, but Fully knows that sharing is caring.

Mindy got very mad, she could feel herself turning red!

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10!

Fully said, “You know Mindy, when you feel red, it’s good to count in your head!”

Together, Fully and Mindy took a deep breath, in and out, and counted to 10.

All better! The girls played and played and had so much fun!

Later, Mindy was playing and fell and scraped her knee.

Mindy was so sad, she could feel herself turning blue!

Fully said, “You know Mindy, when you feel blue, here’s something you could do!”

Together, they sat criss cross applesauce, closed their eyes, and took a deep breath in, 1, 2, 3, 4, and out, 1, 2, 3, 4.

All better! Mindy was no longer feeling blue!

Mindy LOVES Fully because she taught her how to deal with her emotions.

Whenever Mindy is sad or mad now, she does what Fully taught her and becomes happy again!

Mindy is thankful that Fully was able to teach her to be mindful!
