Cat and Giraffe are bored. They are sitting in a park when they see something happening in the grass.

What do you want to do today, Giraffe?

What are they doing over there, Cat?

Cat and Giraffe see animals making funny poses in the park.

Why are they doing those weird poses, Giraffe?

They decide to ask Pig what him and the animals are doing.

I am doing yoga.

What are you doing?

Cat and Giraffe do not know what yoga is, so Pig shows them.

Yoga is when you do certain poses to feel calm and relaxed.

Cat and Giraffe try to do yoga.

Pig explains to them that the poses are not right. He shows them what poses they can do instead to relax.

Cat and Giraffe joined the rest of the animals and did yoga with them.

Cat and Giraffe felt more relaxed after they did yoga.

My body feels very calm, and I feel less stressed.

Me too, Cat! I feel healthier and happier.

Cat and Giraffe liked practicing yoga so much, they want to do it again.
