Ourtournamentcommitteewillrevieweachrequestandsettle anyconflictingdates.YouwillbenotifiedbyDecember15which datesyouhavebeenawardedfortheupcomingcalendaryear.

Thereisa$300depositduebyJanuary15foreachtournament dateawardedtosecuretheawardedtournamentdate(s).This depositwillbeappliedtothetournamentfees.Shouldthe tournamentbecompromisedbecauseofweather,other accommodationswillbediscussed,orthedepositmaybe refunded.

Pleasenotethatproofofliabilityinsurancemustbesubmittedto theTownofMooresvillepriortohostingyourfirstevent.

Artificialturfsoccerfieldsmaybereservedfor$300perfieldper day.Thisfeeincludestheuseofanylightsrequiredforthe scheduledactivity.Thisfeealsoincludesthecommitmentthat eachfieldwillbeinplayablecondition(weatherdependent)atthe startofeachdayreserved.

Thereisa$200gatefeechargedtoanyrentingagencythatwill chargeadmissiontoitsevent.

Thereisapermittingprocessthatmustbecompletedanda $50-$150feepervendorischargedtoanyrentingagencythatwill sellmerchandiseatitsevent

Thereisa$100feeperevent/perfieldfortheusageoftemporary fencing.
