The boutique hotel is the hotel that focuses on the concept
Nowaday people who got HIV and sick need to travel to contact, some for business or just travel I offer the hotel which contains the Clinic inside easy f rom outside to access for a cure and moreover the people inside got convenience f rom the service itself the hotel.

First I take concept f rom the farm which is the farm of the original farmer that bleeding and taking milk f rom the cows. the concept is to use the sense of farm to create the atmostphere shape and form of the Reatail store.
The serene give the sense of farm by using the element of light,ventilation and the mood. The milking design to develope the shape of the entrance as the first process of design as to to pull people f rom outside to inside.

This part show the develope of the nongpho and also the product and equipment in farm
after the user enjoy the museum this part give the user souvenir to buy, that can be the goods that represent thainess product or f rom milk

The Nong pho is a famous branding thai milk The Concept is to create the retail shop to improve the product and to create the new program to fit in and improve the site.It located at Klong sarn community district which I selected the location ,not only attach to the School but it has community space and hotel which allow the foreigner to access too The Idea is to make this place lively and promote the Nong pho itself
I purpose Cafe and Museum due to the user that come to but antique things and the student which their always buy some drink or snack while waiting for their parents. the shop pull the sense of farm and the fascinated facade To make the user interest and walk into this place The museum show the develope of Nong pho,farm things and farm equipment. Moreover this shop contain souvenir for the user after they visited the Museum zone too

The Project is homestay, To renovate the old site which is the pier that attaches to the Jam factory. It contains the market community store and lots of hotel in the site which is the landmark of the Chao phraya river for this reason, it brings a lot of foreigner to this area. the user is the foreigner that need to attach the culture of Thai people which is my family

CHARACTERISTIC
The concept is” the sense of Mandolin” which I take it out f rom my father favorite music instrument. By using each element of the Thai Mandolin to represent in the house. I try to rearrange the planning to serve the lifestyle of my father but still keep the sense of privacy. The Chord of Mandolin was used in the corridor and spread over the house as the music that tries to cover the home itself The Idea of “Nak “ is f rom the Northeast mandolin, which it always has the Nak or some symbol that refer to Nak. This element trying to show the uniqueness of Mandolin which I used it to represent the facade of the house to show as the interesting point. the plan tries to focus on the moment that we eat dinner which my father mostly eat before me or my mom and play music near us. I provide the space which My father can play the music while we are eating but still keep the privacy to my father

CONCEPT
From the characteristic of animals, which is the combination of 6 animals to create the pavilion which located at the university, the project focus on the view of the pond and for the people who exercise and want to relax near the pond. this created for relaxing in vary posture moreover it can be an exercise or do yoga equipment by itself

The user is the guardian and their children. the guardian wait their children on the side of the playground. some of them playing cell phone but most of them just watch their children and talk to them.

This was develope f rom the pavilion project to create the new shape/form to fit in the site context. This f rom is base on the playground things which I observe and try to create the new pavilion which develope the skills of children in the same way as the playground represent

This is the final model which the parent can wait for their children in the outer round while their children can play in the inner round. this allows the parent can attach and watch closely to their children too. while the children can practice the ability of their muscle by climbing or sitting and make a f riend.
